I have nothing but praise for the cleaners at Merry Maids. They create no drama. The house looks great when they leave and they’re lovely people to boot!

I can’t even begin to say what an amazing job the ladies did on our home. They got every nook and cranny and every small detail didn’t go unnoticed (from the magnets being beautifully displayed on the clean fridge to the stuffed animals being posed on the bed). Our house looks like the first day we moved in! Will 100% be calling again soon to set up additional cleanings.

My relationship with Merry Maids started off a little rocky, but they quickly redeemed themselves with great customer service! My only hang up recently has been the constant change of personnel. Every week there is a new person in my home.. which I’m not a huge fan of. Wish we had one or two consistent employees who came to clean on a regular basis.

Amanda from Merry Maids came on Saturday n did a great job. Amanda was very nice n made my 2 bathrooms very clean .

There were only 2 women to clean 18 windows inside and out and a bathroom. We told MM’s the windows were pretty dirty but the woman complained that they had to stay longer and it would cost an extra $150. They did not wash 2 windows or the front door. Should have had a bigger crew

Terrible customer service . Yesi is awful . The cleaning was good but they lost out of half the tip we were planning to give due to all the stress.

Required a 200 dollar credit card deposit . Stated we could pay cash or check for the full balance to avoid fees. However come to find out after I left a check for the full amount they do not refund credit cards as they would get fees. Somehow the service went up from 400 to 426.50. Ended up leaving work to rip up check and take back half the tip.

Was told they would call the day before with an eta then told they do not work Sunday and communication went out. The only thing received was an email saying it was scheduled which I already knew but no time.

Will never use again. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible maid, terrible customer service. They only sent one person when I was paying for a thorough cleaning before I put my home up for sale. I told her NOT to clean my desk area and she did anyway and broke my computer monitor - I had heard a crash but thought she dropped the vacuum cleaner. Apparently she knocked the monitor off the desk. The company would only pay for the monitor, not my technician's charge to come out and set it up/install software. She did an average job overall of cleaning.

Valery arrived ahead of schedule, took her time cleaning and paid attention to detail! I have had other cleaners in the past and she addressed areas they overlooked. I highly recommend their services and plan to use them again and again!

Great results with Merry Maids for a one time thorough cleaning. Very happy. Team was very efficient.

The ladies were good. I was a bit disappointed however because I felt that more should have been done for $400. That’s a lot of money to clean 750 square feet. Which I was willing to pay but I did find things that were missed. And they were gone in less than 2 hours.

The team has incredible communication, attention to detail, and professionalism. The supervisor visits and confirms quality and my satisfaction as a customer. The first service included a deep clean and subsequent services maintain the level of cleanliness. The team makes it easy to add additional cleanings as needed. I will be a lifetime customer as their service is unmatched.

I have had inconsistent experiences. I have used this service for about two years and the level of cleanliness is not reliable. I would expect, as I use a weekly service, the house should be consistently high level and I have had to call twice about this.

The house was in VERY bad shape because I’ve been very sick for nearly a year. Bianca came in and did an unbelievably amazing job making my home look like a home and not an abandoned mess. I am very grateful for the time and energy she put into this cleaning
