Wow! This is my first time using this service. The lovely lady that deep cleaned my home exceeded my expectations I mean she really did an awesome job. So I showed my gratitude and gave her a 50.00 dollar tip. Peace of mind has no price and that's what Merry gave me. I highly recommend Merry.

Worth it. They were extremely thorough. I HATE cleaning g my stove so that alone was worth it. Haha. I can’t afford every week but can do once a month. Even for just once in a while would be a help.

I’ve been using this service for a few months and they do an incredible job! I’m able to coordinate with them and the prices are affordable for the work they do!

Will continue to use them in the long term

Merry maids was great. Their cleaning was thorough and they honored my original price as quoted.

The Cleaning technician we had was very good. Her name is Dayanne Correa. She did an excellent job and was timely. I actually requested her for my next cleaning session.

Service was great I would have given a five but I thought it was a two person job. One person carrying all of the tools and supplies alone broke my heart . She worked very hard but it was too much for one person. I will use your service again but I didn’t like the way it was planned using one person.

I just used them for my initial move in clean and they did a great job, staff at the office is also very pleasant and get back to you right away. I would highly recommend their services!

Amanda is friendly, professional and stays on-task as she works. She has attention to detail. The house looks wonderful after she is done!

Sorry to say I liked the cleaning the day of which was on a Thursday. It costs initially 420 +tax. We signed on for biweekly and received 200 .00 off. Then my mother (who s very ill and in a rehab for past 4 months ) came home for a one day visit. She noticed that the ladies never cleaned under the couches as I was told they would. The floors were dusty by furniture.
Also, I asked to cancel because my mother is very ill and I spoke to my father who I overwhelmed with doctor bills. We signed on for bi weekly and my mother would have too many appointments with doctors. Merry maids said we would have to be charged $200 to cancel. I will see if they charged my 83 year old father a cancel fee. I will be back.

I can’t say enough good things about Merry Maids. The cleaning ladies were kind, respectful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfectly clean. Every room was spotless and they paid attention to the little details that really matter. It made such a difference for me, and I’m so grateful for their hard work. I highly recommend Merry Maids!

The ladies were nice but i definitley had better cleaning. The refrigerator looked immaculate And thats the main reason for the review. Other than that. They helped with cleaning. Not what i wanted or expected but it helped. Probably wont use service again.

As to the reply by the owner. I did get a regular cleaning. However there was a mcdonalds bag that was garbage left out. No dusting done. Garbage still under furniture. They did load the dishwasher however all the dishes finished dirty. Im not sure what a deep clean vs regular clean is supposed to look like but I wont change my review and stars because your employees were very nice however I felt the need to point out a few of the negative things that I initially left out of the review above.
I do love my fridge. I appreciate the help but even with a basic clean I was expecting a little more. Overall I paid $260 and i tipped. My other cleaning people do my entire house (2 bedrooms, 2 full bath, hallway. Dust. Vaccum etc) i can show pics of your clean vs 350 clean. I really do appreciate the help once again. I wish the response was more towards an apology and making it right except for making excuses as to why. But thank you and loads of blessings for your business .

I love the staff! Everyone is so nice and they sent someone out to me the next day. Delimar was very helpful and explained everything to me since it was my first time using cleaning services. I like the fact that you can track them to see the exact time they will arrive. I also liked that I was able to send pictures to show them what I needed and they did exactly what I asked for. Thank you and I will definitely continue to use your services.

Did not show up after I cleared out ALL furniture from the room that was being cleaned. Texted him at 10:20am (appt was for 10) he did not respond. I called him at 10:26 am and he said he came and no one opened. He said he rang the door bell (but there is no door bell in my house). We have 6 people at the house and we were ALL in the 1st floor (my husband was actually outside since 9:45am with our neighbor). I let him know we have no doorbell so he defenitely didn't come here and if that were the case why didn't he call if he was in fact outside? I asked if he could please come back to at least do the room since we had taken ALL OF THE FURNITURE out and because the services we booked for would take well over 30 minutes (we booked cleaning for 1 sofa, 1 loveseat and 1 room for rug cleaning) and he asked if we could instead reschedule. So disappointed in this irresponsible customer service. At least admit you went to the wrong address!!!!
