I had a great experience with the CPR Restoration and cleaning services staff. They were pleasant and knowledge about the work that needed to be done in my flooded basement. The guys did an amazing job cleaning out the water and repairing the water damages. Alex and Jorge explained very well the process of the work and answered all my questions.

I recently had water damage from an upstairs neighbor, Jorge and his crew were very thorough while assessing the damage and had a very extensive knowledge on the matter and answered all of my questions with ease. They did an amazing job.

CPR did a great job remediating. The staff was so kind and helpful through a difficult time. They worked quickly and diligently! Jorge was fantastic. He was our site supervisor and he and his crew were on time every day, put in very long hours to complete the job quickly, and really took care of us. He quickly answered all texts and calls. His crew was great! We are thankful we got his team and highly recommend this company to anyone who needs this service.

I cannot say enough good things about CPR Restorations, especially Jorge and his incredible team. After a water main burst in front home, we were devastated and overwhelmed by the damage. Jorge and his crew arrived promptly, evaluated the situation, and immediately started working to remove the water and salvage as much of our property as possible. Their efficiency and professionalism were unmatched.

The team quickly stabilized the area with dehumidifiers, leaving the machines overnight to remove the moisture from the mud left behind. The next morning, the entire team arrived and worked tirelessly, from sunrise to well beyond sunset. They removed wet, contaminated drywall, ripped out warped cabinets, and left the tile floors looking brand new. I was so impressed with how respectful they were toward our belongings, carefully sorting through everything. They cleaned and saved what they could, and graciously left items they didn’t think could be salvaged for us to decide about, showing immense respect for how hard it is to lose cherished items.

Jorge and his team truly went above and beyond. Their empathy, energy, and kindness made an incredibly stressful situation so much more manageable. Dont look anywhere else. This is the company to call. They were amazing from the 1st phone call! I had an oven fire in my apartment that I just moved into for only 2 months and had to use a fire extinguisher to put out the fire which i had no idea how much of a mess they make. My ENTIRE apartment from room to room wall to wall was COVERED in extinguisher dust , this company came out the very next morning, picked up all of my bedding clothing anything that needed to be washed (took it to be professionally cleaned ) and began deep cleaning my apartment.
