Jorge and his team were great. They came out same day to asses the damages and were back early the next morning to start work on my flood restoration. Entire team was extremely professional, prompt, and respectful of me and my property. They left the place very clean. Highly recommend.

Everything was done in a professional manner. They left the place clean and habitable for my elderly mother. My mom was very difficult, yet they dealt with her with kindness and compassion. I had water damage on my first floor condo, CPR did the clean up. They arrived at the time they said they would be here. The whole crew were so nice, they worked so neatly! Removed the sheetrock, and all the wet flooring, covered all the furniture. Set up all their machinery to dry out the house & make sure there will be no mold growth. The leader of the crew Orlando is very knowledgable in his field. He explained everything thoroughly to me on what work they will be doing in the house. I felt very comfortable with this crew working in my home & they did a great job. I definetly recommend this company for your clean up needs👍👍👍

The remediation crew left every mold-infested piece of furniture in my apartment—blatantly violating industry standards. They tried to remove a couch, gave up halfway, and walked away.

Because contaminated furniture stayed in place, mold spores kept circulating and attached themselves to nearly every porous surface. I was displaced for 40 days (still displaced nearly 50 days later), and when I returned, my belongings were covered in a grotesque amount of mold.

My computer chair, populated by a significant amount of several types of colorful mold. It’s disgusting and a blatant disregard for my humanity. They left my entire mattress, took the sheets off, and it of course was destroyed by mold habitation.

Operations Manager Jenny ignored every single text message (read receipts confirmed), dodged my calls, and when I finally reached her, she claimed she was “talking to supervisors” yet did nothing. She even had the audacity to discuss payment for incomplete, dangerous work.

Then came two letters demanding $5,000 for their negligence—threatening legal action if we didn’t pay.

This isn’t just incompetence. It’s dangerous, unethical, and an insult to anyone who values their health and safety.

After a massive flooding occurrance at my property, Jorge S. and his crew responded in less than 24 hrs and where able to get the demo job done in 2 to 3 days. Considering the amount of work and short notice, I am very please to say the are truly professionals at work. I would highly recommend CPR to anybody in need of fast and a convenient service.

Gordon was very professional and was very pleasant. He and his crew were very careful about the work they did and cleaned up everything, including sweeping and mopping the floors, which was a total shock. Love CPR. They were quick to respond and very thorough in cleaning up the three feet of water that had infultrated my basement. They made something that could have been very stressful extremely easy for me and were respectful and polite of me and my property. I would not hesitate to use them again.
