Jorge and his team did an amazing job restoring our basement! When our water heater split and flooded our basement , CPR responded the same day to start the job. The very next day was demo day, and they worked carefully to remove the damaged flooring and cut through the damaged Sheetrock. What truly impressed us was their attention to detail—even packing up salvageable items for us. Their professionalism, efficiency, and care made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend!

CPR responded quickly to a soot discharge from my oil burner at my home. The very next day they sent 3 workers to clean up the mess from every surface and inside cabinets and drawers. They stayed over 12 hours to complete the job and restored everything to the way it was. We were very happy with their service and concern.

Excellent service. Fast and thorough. They responded right away when my mother's water heater bursted. There was 2 feet of water which they pumped out and brought machines in to dry the floors. They took up the tile cleared out everything that couldn't be saved

Jorge and crew came to my house on Sunday Oct 5 and Tuesday October 7th and did a phenomenal job. They were polite, professional, and extremely helpful! They answered all of our questions and went above and beyond our expectations! If I ever have water damage again, which I better not, they will definitely be the first I call!!

A well deserved 5 stars. The entire team was professional as well as congenial. The foreman explained in detail all work to be performed and answered all questions posed by me (ie completion time frame, clean up, etc). A job well done!

Do not hire this company. CPR Restoration and Cleaning Services falsely claims to be Better Business Bureau accredited and IICRC certified. Neither credential could be verified. Misrepresenting certifications is deceptive and a major red flag in the restoration industry. This business cannot be trusted. Avoid.

I reached out to Alex and his team a couple weeks back about mold in my parents house. My parents are older and dad works and I love an hour away from them but this was something that was very concerning for us. Alex and his team were so professional and helpful through out the entire process of getting a quote and coming down to do the work. Everything was so transparent as far as pricing and the issues that arose during the mold remediation. Would recommend them 10/10!

The professionalism and transparency throughout the project was phenomenal. These guys over delivered because they left it super clean, made it seem there was no construction done at all. Fair pricing and swift. They have other services that they offer so make sure you take advantage of it. I absolutely will the next time I run into any problems.

Alex and Jorge also came by within a couple of hours of my call even at 7 pm, with moisture meters and other equipment to assess the damage and provide a quick estimate. I feel confident my flood insurance claim will be handled smoothly. Truly professional and dedicated team!!
