I hired them for a power wash of my entire house and fences. Brian did an amazing job, my house looks brand new. Brian explained everything in detail and he put his time and effort. I highly recommend this business.

Excellent results. I am very pleased with the job Brian and his partner did. (7-3-19) The house was extremely dirty. They took their time and did not rush. They made sure they cleaned all areas of the house. I didn't realize how white the house was. They did an excellent cleaning of both decks and cement walkways. They cleaned up after themselves and left me with a very clean house. The cost was very competitive with others. I dealt directly with Brian and he answered all questions and had no surprises. I will use them again. Definitely recommend them.

Just had my house power washed and gutters cleaned by Spic & Span Window Cleaning. Brian and his team did a great job! My house looks great and so do the gutters. Brian came to my house the day I called and gave me a quote at an amazing rate! I was able to book my appointment the next day. I will definitely use Spic & Span Window Cleaning again.

I wish that I could give a 0. I called (left messages…as they didn’t answer) at least 3 times and sent emails to have cleaning performed. They finally returned a call (after a week of reaching out to them) and said that they would follow up with pricing after conducting an estimate. It has been weeks and I have not heard from them. I do not recommend this unprofessional company.

Edit: Their response below implying that I didn't confirm by a due date is false. Also, they left out that they actually claim to have stopped by to look at the property (they called to confirm that I would be given an estimate), which never happened.

Excellent service from quote to completion. All spic & span personnel were courteous and professional. Pricing was reasonable and in line with other quotes. I chose this company because of the people I came in contact with and their response to the questions I had about the job. Brian and his crew did a great job yesterday power-washing our house and cleaning all the windows, inside and out, as well as the screens. Very careful and efficient and a pleasure to work with. He has a great system using softened water for the final rinse that leaves no streaks at all on the windows. We can definitely recommend this company.

great customer service and value for my money. I called for a quote on a powerwash and installation of new paver in my patio. I received an estimate which was fair. After I accepted the estimate Brian scheduled me in and even walked me through the timeline of what and how it would be done. Loved my new patio the final look. I would definitely recommend them for any powerwash and and paver installation.

We had an event at my job on a Tuesday that needed the windows clean. We had another company confirmed but early Sunday morning they cancelled. I then called Spic & Span early Sunday afternoon and they took my job for Monday morning with no hesitation. They saved our event and the windows looked amazing! We hired Spic&Span to clean the windows in our home and we couldn't be happier with the results. Brian, the owner, and his team were meticulous with the details around the frames and screens and the glass is spotless. They spent extra time on some troubled areas which required extra effort and ended up spending more time at our home than expected to ensure it was done to the owner's high standards. Professional, personable all at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them!

We hired Spic and Span Pros to power wash our house when we saw his great work next door! They were working diligently removing window panes and screens and washing them thoroughly. Brian was very professional when he came over for the estimate shortly after and was clear in explaining what his services entailed. He came as scheduled and did a fantastic job power washing our home. He went above and beyond and washed portions of the fence connected to the house and cleaned our porch pavers that had stains that we had trouble removing before. We couldn’t be happier with the decision to use them and have told our friends and other neighbors about Spic and Span Pros as well! Will use them for indoor/out door window cleaning as well! My second story gutters were overflowing. I called Spic and Span and Brian was at my house in 15 minutes. I asked him for an estimate to clean the gutters and power wash my house and fence. The price for all three was extremely reasonable. I accepted the contract the next day and 3 days after that, the job was done. The 2-person crew showed up (announced) 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
I am 100% pleased with the final results. They did exactly what they said they would do.

We are very happy with the deck power washing and window washing. The difference on both the windows and the deck is so dramatic that I wish I'd taken before and after pictures. I'll definitely be getting everything done again next year.

Loved working with Brian Ochoa at Spic & Span Pros. From the start, he was very communicative and explained all of the services. He quickly narrowed it down to exactly what I needed, which was not only window washing, but power washing my entire stucco house. I can now see out my windows and there's no more staining on the stucco!! I bought this house a few years ago and I don't think the windows and screens had been cleaned since 1961! Brian got all the work done in one day as planned and I couldn't be happier. Great quality at a good price.
