Scheduled a cleaning and then never got a text after we confirmed the date and time. I am extremely disappointed in the unprofessionalism. Our party would have greatly appreciated a response to our numerous texts. All we asked for was a simple text saying that you couldn’t make it so we could have scheduled someone else but we were ghosted instead.

When I got the estimate I thought "You've got to be kidding me!" It was waaay more than fair. It was great! On top of that, the power washing they did was excellent! It's like a new house! I'm definitely recommending them to my neighbors and will use them again in the future!
