Brian was amazing! He cleaned our new construction windows, balcony, and siding. He went above and beyond and we will absolutely be using this service in the future.

Our Townhouse HOA has used Spic & Span Pros twice so far to clean out our gutters and perform some minor exterior repairs. We are very happy with their services and will keep using them. We were using a different company prior which changed hands and they couldn't complete the job on time. So that other company left us in a bad place, scrambling to find a competent provider with the ability to service us with almost freezing temps already in place. Spic & Span Pros came out and their crew spent the whole day clearing our gutters by hand. They also repaired areas that were sagging and replaced some gutter spikes.
We had them back early summer to clean gutters again for buildings which have a lot of tree coverage. We also had some loose window shutters that needed to be reattached. They went out of their way to help and have a great attention to detail.

In summary they do a great job for a very reasonable price, are responsive, well equipped, and insured; we highly recommend them for your commercials or residential needs.

Brian spent hours making sure everything was PERFECT. Great contact by text and email. Price exactly as quoted. Definitely recommend - I will certainly be using Spic & Span again.

Brian was fantastic - reliable, honest and left our gutters is far better shape than he found him. We have built in Yankee gutters so that’s really saying something.

Fully staffed by respectful associates. The team worked both quick and efficient. Contacted Brian (the owner) got back to me right away and came out the next day to quote me. Came back the next day to get the job done. Went out of the way to make sure I was satisfied and was willing to work around my schedule. Will deffinately be using Brian and his team again.

Spic & Span Pros Power Washing & Windows washed my house and cleaned my gutters. They did an excellent job, were reasonable, professional and puntual. They used a drone to inspect the gutters. I would highly recommend their services!

Spic & Span Pros were exceptional. I needed someone out ASAP due to a clog in my gutters which caused water in my basement. They were there the next day with a fair price. Another company wanted to charge me more as well as 150$ emergency fee. I would definitely use them again in the future!

Very informative and straight to the point. Business couldn’t not have been any smoother. Manager came out to give me an appraisal, once everything was arranged and rate was agreed on by both parties within minutes the team was rocking and rolling. My house looks brand new! Since I have a pergola, they needed to return the next day; yet he was more than fair in resolving the additional time and labor. If a picture is worth 1,000 words, his “ before and after” pictures speak volumes!!!

Brian and his team were absolutely incredible! I hired them to Power wash my home and I was completely blown away. There is absolutely no one else that will give you this level of service and quality. Everything came out perfect!

We got our house power washed, and our windows cleaned (inside and outside) a couple of weeks ago. I really liked the professional manner in which the service was provided at a fair price. Considering we have over 50 windows missing a couple of spots was not surprising but they promptly came back and took care of it, in fact showed me a spot that I had not noticed. I see them go that extra mile to deliver and all that in a very professional, courteous way; will certainly use them again next year and also recommend.
