Juan's great crew has helped our family on many projects over the years. His great service, competitive pricing, and excellent work are hard to find elsewhere!!

I received a postcard in the mail and decided to give them a shot. The first lawn mowing was free so why not. I am glad i did call them, they are now taking care of my lawn and i hired them for other jobs as well. I really do recommend them.

We inherited their service from previous owner and gave them a shot. Overall, their maintenance was not bad and priced very fair UNTIL the leaves began to fall. After every mow the yard had more leaves then when they began. This was very deliberate so that I would call for a leaf cleanup. They would blow the paths, driveway, and street leaves onto the yard after mowing, this includes blowing off their mower. Upon calling the owner, he was very passive aggressive and rude. He proceeded to tell me he didn’t need my business because he has much larger jobs (100k+) and he already dropped 30 accounts because they were too “cheap." This was after I explained that I was willing to pay more as long as the job looked better than when they began. His excuse for blowing the leaves afterwards was that he did not want to break his mower on the leaves. Do yourself a favor and use another landscaper that is professional, is prideful in their work, and isn’t disrespectful to their customers.

I had an inground pool put in, and needed someone to come in and finish off my backyard. It needed grading, 150 ft of drainage pipe installed, soil prep and seeds. I called 6 landscapers. Some took two weeks to give an estimate, some said they would show up and didn't. I found Green Garden on Craigslist. I emailed, Juan emailed back and said he would give an estimate on Sunday morning (Father's day). He arrived when he said he would. We talked about all the things I wanted and he listened. All the other landscapers told me what I should do. Juan gave a price on the spot and I agreed.
He emailed me throughout the week and said he would do the job on Saturday. He showed up with shovels in the ground at 7:30am which I loved, every other person working on my pool had a 9:30am start time, I was raised to be up early and working early. He had the machines to get the job done.
Juan worked alongside his crew, everyone was great, they were very neat and took all trash with them. I wish I found this company earlier as it was the best company I had during my entire pool construction. My backyard is exactly the way I wanted it, it is leveled and sloped the way I envisioned. I am very pleased. Thank you

Juan was great to work with. I used him to demo a 20x40 inground pool and take down over 2 dozen trees and endless brush surrounding the pool. He was on time and offered to do more without asking for more compensation. The fact that he didn't ask for payment until the job was done speaks to his professionalism and confidence in the quality of his work. The yard is now clear, level and ready for grass. Will be recommending him to anyone who needs landscaping work.

I am beyond pleased with the services offered by Green Garden. They are dependable, professional, and thorough. I appreciate their knowledge and suggestions to keep my grounds looking beautiful throughout the year. From weekly maintenance and leaf cleanups to larger projects like tree removal, outdoor kitchen installation, etc., I am always pleased with their work. I look forward to working with them on larger projects including an irrigation and retaining wall job. Best of all, their prices are very competitive and extremely fair!!! Give them a try, you will be pleased!

This summer will be my 7th year using Juan and his team at Green Garden.
Green Garden was recommended by a tree company.

I originally used them for removal of a giant patch of bamboo, and prepping of the land afterwards.

Since that original project, I have had them build me a raised bed garden area, natural stone retaining wall, custom horizontal fencing, 800 sq foot raised back deck, stone patio by pool and other areas, complete re sod , planting of over 60 trees and bushes, land scape lighting burial, and fixing of some sprinklers. They also have extensive knowledge of which plants to use dependent on exposure.

Each of the projects is reviewed before start to find most cost effective method of achieving. And if I change my mind or don't like how something looks, there is always a positive response in making right.

In addition to yearly projects they also take care of yearly clean up and maintenance during the summer months.

I couldn't recommend them enough.

Hired to do several things. They don't respond in email and text messages. We have an issue with the concrete pool they did and we're only receiving silent treatment.

Stay away from this company. They don't have real office and only P.O. box. You can't find them after they got the money to come and fix the issue. Ask for original receipt when you pay them.

I am very pleased with the work that was done on my house. The two men worked efficiently and timely, cleaned up the debris and left the area better than it was. I have used Deegan Roofing several times over the years, and I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend them.

The team came out right away and uncovered what our issue was. We were so glad to see how quickly they were able to make the repairs efficiently and quietly while we were working from home. I'd definitely use them again.

Hard working crew came in morning and completed whole roof in same day. Covered all shrubbery and cleaned yard nicely. Sent tech back 2 days later at my request to make sure all gutter filters were in place and secure. Very pleased

Deegan is my go-to Company for any gutter/roofing and related repair services. They are reliable, responsive, always do a great job, and their customer service is fantastic! Most recently, they replaced some flashing that came off my house due to all the wind we’ve been having. They did not disappoint! I highly recommend them!

Highly recommend Deegan Roofing. Project was to install two bathroom exhaust fan vents through roof. Within 48hrs of my initial call (which was answered on first try by an actual human), an estimator had visited my home and a quote was delivered to my inbox. Work was completed within timeframe promised, which, in my case, was 2 weeks from accepting quote as work was not urgent; this is what really sets Deegan apart from other roofing contractors as other contractors either: a) never returned my call, or b) gave me 1-2 month long timeframes for doing job. Actual work performed was professional and, most importantly, seamlessly blends into existing roof, which is only 2 years old.

From the moment I contacted Deegan Roofing to the completion of the work, everyone at Deegan has been been incredible. They are so professional and kind good people and the work speaks for itself. Actually my cousin also used Deegan a few years ago in 2018, he lives about 1 mile away in the same town and my neighbor used them as well and all of us could not be any happier. When I called the Deegan office I spoke with Alena and an appointment was scheduled, Mr. Deegan came out to look at the roof himself and I let him know my current roof is about 22 years old and only 1 layer and I wanted him to remove and replace. He did a quick inspection and stated its a simple roof and he will email the quote. He went on to say he's not the cheapest or the most expensive and he aims to do quality work and stands behind his work. In all fairness I did get 2 other quotes, 1 was more expensive and the other was cheaper, the cheaper quote after adding dumpster it was only a few hundred dollars. But the other companies were not professional and I did not get a good vibe from the others. The people at Deegan are very professional and reply to emails with any questions you may have, they call to let you know what date the appointment is and do follow up calls etc. The cleanup was amazing. I had a question when they completed the work and sent them an email and Daniela called immediately. We chose the Charcoal color and it look amazing. It's a 10 year installation warranty and with GAF manufacturer is 30 years. Go with them you won't regret it! And if you want to take a look at their workmanship stop by my house, or my neighbors house. They really do deserve a 5 star rating and this is a real and honest review!

Stopped by Deegan's Scotch Plains office and asked about Gutter Cleaning and roof installation. Scheduled an inspection appointment for next day. The Deegan foreman arrived the next day, on time to do the inspection, explaining to us the work they were proposing. The following day we received a formal, very completive quote. Power washed whole house roof, cleaned gutters and replaced roof on the carport per the quote. Their crew completely cleaned the area around the house of any work debris.
