Constraction reviews in Plainfield, New Jersey

High quality people that do high quality work at very reasonable pricing!
Gerardo and his team are excellent with deadlines, we bought a townhouse and needed our floor sanded/stained/sealed as well as the entire inside painted and only had two weeks to do so between our closing and move in date. He and his team got right to work and got everything done very efficiently and in a timely manner.
We reached out to him again a few months later as we were looking to get all our bathrooms remodeled, carpets removed/hardwood installed, ceiling fans installed, lighting updated, among other things. He and his team got right to work and everything came out exactly how we wanted it.
They are very professional, friendly, responsive and hardworking people who are more concerned about their quality of work and won’t nickel and dime you for additional things you may ask them to do that wasn’t on the original contract. Highly recommend them!

Gerardo Painting played a crucial role in preparing my place for sale. Gerardo explained the entire process from start to finish, made excellent recommendations, and made the entire process very easy. He was available to answer any additional questions promptly. His team handled popcorn ceiling removal, painting, and various renovations to ensure the place was in pristine condition. They were professional, friendly, and polite throughout, ensuring all furniture was properly covered and cleaning up every day. I highly recommend Gerardo Painting to anyone needing high-quality, reliable service.

Gerardo and his team just finished carpentry and painting of my home and the results are fantastic. From our first meeting to the last day, Gerardo exhibited integrity, patience and attention to detail.
He and his team are professional, well-mannered and incredibly skilled. Neighbors and passers-by have all remarked on the beauty of the job. In addition, they communicated well, were prompt and cleaned the premises daily. We could not be happier!

Gerardo and his team restored the outside of our historic house. I can't say enough about him. For three and a half weeks, they were at the house from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. very respectful and friendly, it was a joy from beginning to end. He's the best contractor I've ever worked with.

Professionalism at its best. It's the only way to explain the work done on our home by two extremely hard non stop workers and sometimes Gerardo as well. We needed the wood trim restained/painted to our Tudor style home with some replacements as well. So we researched and checked out some reviews and found Gerardo's Painting. So after the estimate we hired him and we were very happy with the results. Gerardo's employees replaced some boards and applied two coats to our home and now it looks like brand new once again. By hiring Gerardo's Painting you will be benefited with Meticulous, precision like and precise work. Exactly what we were hoping to get. I'm recommending Gerardo to a couple of friends. I'm posting some pictures and you can Judge for yourself. Thank you Gerardo and thank your employees as well for a fantastic job.

2 years ago they did a job in my house and it was very beautiful they are very responsible and professional I recommend them for their good work

Oscar and his crew are very hard working, efficient and the work that they do is impeccable. He did everything that I asked him to do from the beginning to the end. I had asked him to do little thing’s around the house and that was also done with no issues. If you are looking for a contractor that does beautiful, neat, clean work and takes pride in what they do than these are the guy’s you want to hire. I give them 5 plus stars. Thank you for everything!

Roselio and team did a great job with our renovation work including kitchen and bathrooms. It’s hard to find such an attention to detail oriented work and professionalism and I cannot praise Roselio and team for their quality work! Highly recommended!

I have had Alpha Home Restoration work on several major home remodeling projects. These included a kitchen and two bathrooms on separate occasions. I could not be more pleased with their attention to detail and ability to accommodate special, individualized designs and even modifications during the projects without the major hassles I’ve had with other companies for “change in work” orders.
Their work was accurate and aesthetically pleasing. They help a lot with suggestions and design for best placement and functioning of appliances and components.

Roselio and his team were awesome. After my kitchen and garage flooded, he responded to me right away with a very reasonable quote to do the dry walls for my kitchen and garage, and paint it all. He took 2.5 days to finish the job. The team is very professional and do great quality work.
His technician also helped me install my baby crib which was needed urgently. In fact I was surprised to see his commitment to the job at hand when he called his wife during the evening to help him install the crib for us. We were absolutely pleased by his team and the way they responded to each and every query/ request of ours with
great professionalism. I would recommend him to anyone. His shop is and end to end shop which can do anything that you/ your business needs.

My basement starting to flood due to the rain and bc my house was not built the right way, thank God we found Roselio and his team and they were able to help us with this problem, they were very experienced in all of this and tell us they are going to take care of the problem with the right solution. Roselio and his team are very nice, helpful and professional 🙏🏻 we are so happy we finally found someone we can trust and help us rebuild our house little by little, from now on we are just calling him and his team because he did a great job and also we checked all his work and it looks amazingly 😁😁😁
Excelente trabajo muchas gracias, estamos muy contentos y no podemos esperar para el futuro hacer nuestra cocina con Roselio y su equipo 😁

I was a bit nervous with my bathroom renovation project as I wasn’t sure how I would be able remove the old bath tub and what kind of mess would be underneath it. Rosielio gave me the confidence that he will take care of it and I am glad that I believed in him. He has an excellent team who do their work professionally. Right from usage of materials and installation was precise. He also helped me out with designing and picking right floor and wall. They would cleanup the place by end of the day. The whole project was done within the timeline he provided. I am a happy customer. Can’t wait to start next bathroom project with his company 😊

Roselio and his team renovated (complete gut through finish) my main floor bathroom and did an amazing job. The attention to detail, suggestions, answering my questions and follow through was great. Every inch of the bathroom came out beautiful and he also corrected some poorly done previous DIY work from former owners that improved my house's plumbing. Roselio is an honest professional who can be trusted. I would definitely use Alpha Home Restoration and Construction again and will be referring him to my friends and family. I will also be using him in my home for future projects. Thank you Roselio!

I couldn’t be happier with the work my contractor did on my home! He has an incredible vision, excellent attention to detail, and truly brought my ideas to life. My house looks completely different (in the best way possible) and everything turned out exactly how I dreamed it would. He delivered quality, professionalism, and creativity every step of the way.

I will absolutely be using him again for future projects, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for top-notch work.
