Carlos and his team at Highland Landscaping are great. This is our first season with them and we are happy we found them. They are reliable, responsible, thorough and reasonably priced. They did a great job with our spring cleanup and weekly mowing/maintenance. And today, they mulched out front and back yard, which included them hand pulling all (a lot!!) of weeds, pruning our shrubs, and mulching. They did a great job and we now have the best looking garden on the block! Highly recommend them.

Working with Carlos and his team was a fantastic experience! Easy and quick communication and our property has never looked better. Highly recommend to anyone.

They don’t sharpen mower blades or cut the grass short enough. They purposely cut it longer so they can come more often.

Called and asked for a quote for new service. Rep says "where are you?". Replied Plainfield - Sleepy Hollow. Rep states "oh we are not accepting new clients".

RL Landscaping is an exceptional landscape maintenance and construction firm. I have been a customer of theirs for more than ten years and I am very happy with their work. The receptionists who answered the phone to this company was very unprofessional!!!!! Before I can request services for my lawn to be cut, the lady told me that they were closing and that I should call back on Monday which is understandable. I notice a little attitude in her voice but I didn’t pay it no mind until I requested to make an appointment instead. The lady repeated her self again but this time she really came off rude. Before I can respond she hung up the phone. Well I thought maybe it was bad connection between our lines so I tried calling her back twice but no one pick up. If you smart and reading this you can put two to two together and guess what just happened there. It’s so sad to see bad customer service at that level destroy the reputation of a company.
