Chris never gets back you. Like pulling teeth

I have used them several times and they have been professional, cleaned up afterwards and did a great job. I'm about to call them to see if they can do a small job for me.

Fantastic people and a fantastic job. I'm very selective when it comes to who I have work on my house and I don't typically write reviews so this is saying a lot. Frank listened to every detail my wife and I wanted in our new landscape/hardscape design and drew it up to perfection (Design - CHECK). Frank, Alex and the crew went above and beyond making sure every detail was covered to make my house the dream house I always wanted (Execution - CHECK). The entire team is first class. They made the entire process painless and I never had to worry for one second because these guys are ultimate professionals (People - CHECK). No need to look for any other company to handle all of your landscape and hardscape work!

We’ve worked with Chris and his team a year ago to redo our entire backyard and we are now working with him on our front yard. His consultations are thorough and he provides a working digital model of upcoming renovations. His team of landscapers are so much more as they carried out all stone work and design work diligently according to Chris’ plans. They were communicative with us throughout their work and frequently checked in with us regarding some of the yard layouts and placements, which we greatly appreciated. We would continue to work with Scenic View Landscaping for any and all of our upcoming landscaping and design needs, knowing the stellar quality of their work.

Repair technician showed up On Time. He was friendly, courteous and very professional. He had the drain pump in stock and was able to complete the repair in less than 30 minutes. I could not be happier with the service and will definitely use them for future repairs.

John came on Saturday to look at my oven and dishwasher. Although there was a 4 hours arrival window, I was able to call the office in the a.m and get a better idea of when he would be coming. He was able to fix my oven quickly and had the part needed on hand. He then looked at my dishwasher, getting it to work again without needing any parts.
Good job! I will use them again and will tell my friends!

We have used American Appliance Service for a few years now after moving to a house whose major appliances were at least ten years old. Jon has repaired our washer, refrigerator and dishwasher and checked out our oven, saving us from having to replace those appliances yet. We have been more than pleased with the service and dependability. I would definitely recommend American Appliance Service for any major appliance repair.

Great service. The burners on my range were acting up and John was able to diagnose the issue and fix it quickly. He then checked out several other areas that tend to be problems and found that my oven was actually in pretty good shape. He then gave me some things to look out for and explained how to operate my unit better. And he did it all for the service call price. If I have any issues with any of my appliances, I'll definitely call American Appliance again.

Highly recommend this company. John came out to fix our dryer within 1 day of calling. Very professional, kind, and pleasant experience. And our dryer is working again! We will definitely be calling this company again if needed.

An excellent job done. John came by the same day I called to check out my dryer and give me a repair estimate. It turned out that the dryer was 35 years old, and he didn't have the right part to fix it immediately. He ordered the part and fixed it the next day. John went the extra mile and vacuumed the inside of the dryer before reassembling it.

I will definitely recommend this service and I will use them again.

The technician, John was very friendly and knowledgeable. Assessed the problem quickly and went right to work. We thought we needed a new dryer but he had it up and running in no time. This is the third time I have used American Appliance for repairs in about the last 10 years on a few other appliances. It is nice to know that we found a repair man who is honest about the repair and doesn't just say or do something to try to make an extra buck.

Our aging Viking oven was taking much too much time to preheat. John from American Appliance stopped by - he immediately knew exactly what the trouble was, explained to us the fix, did the fix, and the oven works like new! Very knowledgeable.

So glad I scheduled American Appliance! They came right on time and got our refrigerator temperature-maintenance issues sorted out at minimal service call cost. Their technician was very knowledgeable about our Frigidaire model and showed me and clearly explained exactly what had gone wrong, why we had accumulated frost in a critical air passage, and why our attempts to adjust the temperature settings had produced the opposite of the intended effect. He got it all cleared out, and now we have a fridge that's functioning as it should. Keeping their card and will be sure to call AA next time we have any appliance issue. Highly recommend.

I called American Appliance Service to repair my 12 year old refrigerator icemaker. They were easy to schedule and they kept in touch the morning of the scheudled day to let me know that they might be 1 hour late. Yet it only was 15 minutes later than the original window. John arrived, covered his shoes upon entering the house and went to work. After determining that we needed a replacement icemaker, he had the part with him and it was installed quickly. The bill was resonable ( for today's costs) and I now have ice.

Jon was very professional and amicable! I called to repair one of my electric stovetop burners. He arrived the same day and luckily had the part on hand! Within the half hour the burner was fixed. Highly recommend!

Jon is so knowledgeable and honest. He has serviced a few of our appliances. I respect his opinion on whether an appliance is worth being repaired. He is also very reliable and affordable too. I highly recommend American Appliance!!

One of my washer’s inlet valves was failing open even if I unplugged the machine which left me vulnerable to flooding if left unattended. I called on Tuesday because I saw so many great reviews which I always check. John came Tuesday afternoon, figured out what was needed, and I asked for a few other things like new hoses and a longer gas line so the dryer could be moved to where I wanted it to be as well. He came the next day, and it was all done, and I was back in business with being able to do laundry without fear of flooding. The price was very fair, and it was a great experience. I am a very picky guy when it comes to quality of workmanship and John is the best! You won’t be disappointed.

Very good service and still as good as I remember when I first called them in 2017! I left a message about my dryer on their website in the evening, and received a phone call the next morning, with someone scheduled to arrive 3 hours later. Received a reminder call from John with estimated time of arrival and the repair of my dryer was handled quickly and professionally. Perfect!
