Had John out about ~6 weeks ago when our GE Cafe fridge starting making a constant loud noise. John was able to get out to us quickly, diagnosed it as problem with a fan, and helped get us back to working order quickly. Great communication, right on time, and he didn't get bothered by my dozen questions while he was here. Would use again in a heartbeat.

Jon is wonderful. He got back to us immediately and saw us the next day to assess the situation and let us know our options. He ordered the parts on the spot and was back before the end of the week to fix our broken dishwasher and oven door. I can’t believe how wonderful and fast the service was. This is a long overdue review. Jon came to my house on time and the date specified. Was very professional and told me honestly about a remedy for the odor of my older washer. Could have easily offered a service and not taken into account the age and other issues that my older washer had. Very astute and honest technician. Am definitely saving his contact for future reference.

My oven broke and I wanted to use a local service. Called in around 1 pm and was given a call window of 4-7 the same day! Received a phone call by 4:13, John arrived around 4:30. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it on the spot! My lasagna just came out of the oven...

The best part for me as a landlord was that he included pictures of the refrigerator & freezer with the invoice so I had documentation for my records. Will definitely call them again!

Unbelievable experience with this guy. They came, messed up the thermostat, and left us in the dark - literally. Trying to shift blame on me wasn't acceptable. Then they had to fix something else and came back, only to leave us without heat again.
