I’m writing this on behalf of services my grandmother received for a cleaning of her 700sqft. house. An estimate of $500 was given to clean the entirety of the home.

Upon arrival after the cleaning, there were areas of the home that hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly, drawers broken, and items thrown out that were explicitly told not to be. Per the photos below, you can see the warming drawer of the stove not cleaned, one of the drawers in the kitchen that is missing the inside holder, and the area behind the freezer in the sun room that wasn’t touched at all. In addition, there are window sills that were obviously not dusted which was included in the original estimate.

My grandmother was told that she did not have to stay for the duration of the cleaning; that it would take roughly 3 hours. She offered to stay in the event things needed to be moved to be cleaned around, but the manager, Luis, insisted she need not stay. Luis was not present for the entirety of the cleaning, but did come back at the end, I presume to check the work of his staff.

My grandmother returned to her home to find things thrown out and was unable to recover all of her items. Luis was responsive about her complaint and gave her a call stating he thought he told his staff not to touch the listed items and then offered a discount on her next cleaning service, but frankly, this service will not be used again as the service was underwhelming and the home is being sold.

Overall, my grandmother (who is almost 80 years old) was not pleased with the service as the whole purpose was to not have to do any cleaning herself, hence the paying of $500 to have her home cleaned. Proceed with caution when/if using this company. Stay for the duration of the cleaning and be sure to watch for how your space is treated/if instructions are followed.

This company is my neighbor and left water running in their warehouse space. The water came into my place and caused over $400 in damage. They will not pay for my damages so I have to take them to small claims court. Do you want to risk having these type of people in your homes?
