Merry Maids did a fantastic job of cleaning my house. It was sparkling clean at the end and the team I had worked so diligently, doing even above and beyond what I asked. They were so respectful and very efficient. I look forward to having them again.

Love my Merry Maids!!! They do a wonderful job, make my life easier, and are completely low maintenance. They are totally flex about me being home versus not and I am completely confident having them in my space. Highly recommend this service!

Merry Maids did such an amazing job cleaning my home. The communication from the office staff was prompt and transparent. Their customer service was outstanding. The ladies texted me before their arrival which was very helpful and they did an exceptional job cleaning. My house, in particular the bathrooms (which were most important to me) sparkled. I’ve never seen them so clean. Thank you so much Merry Maids!

Nelsy & Kerry have been cleaning my home bi-weekly for several months.

I am a new client to Merry Maids, but not to professional house cleaning services. I was apprehensive to go Corporate after having the same service for several years, but I am thrilled I did! The office staff (Gabby) are professional and incredibly accommodating. The ladies (Katie, Sandra and Hailey) who have been out to clean my custom home, take great care and are extremely thorough. They follow my directions, use the products I choose, use my floor tools if I choose, and move quickly!! I am extremely pleased and highly recommend the Randolph Office!!!

Merry Maids has been taking care of my apartment for me for the past couple of months, and it has been great. My home always feels refreshed and the staff is always so friendly. Bonus points for loving my cat too! Thank you, Merry Maids.

Nelsy and Kiery did an excellent job cleaning my home. They arrived right on time and did a thorough cleaning in a very efficient way. I would definitely recommend using Merry Maids!

Let me tell you, folks, Merry Maids is doing tremendous work. Nelsy and Keiry came in—absolutely incredible, maybe the best cleaners anywhere, people are saying it. The place has never looked so good. And Gabby? Very friendly, very professional, really fantastic. Believe me, you want a winning team, you call Merry Maids!

I have used cleaning services for decades and this was my best first impression. I met Katey and Sandra today for my first cleaning. They listened and seemed to care about my wishes. Very nice people and a great team! Gabby, in the office, was also very pleasant to work with. Thank you so much ladies!

We’ve been using Merry Maids for almost four years, and I’ve always appreciated not only how well they clean our home, but also how kind they are to my family. Nelsy and Keiry have been our consistent cleaners for the past several months, and they are truly wonderful. They are detail-oriented, thorough, and always so pleasant to have in our home. Thank you, Merry Maids!

Edit: I have to applaud Merry Maids for doing right by us and rectifying their cleaning service. The owner was very professional and responsive to our concerns and quickly sent a team to come back to provide post-move cleaning. Which was no easy task since we moved during a snow storm and tons of mud was trekked throughout the whole house. The team did a phenomenal job to make the house look brand new!

Service Ordered: Move-in Deep Clean

Originally not satisfied with the service received. Hired them to clean a new home prior to move-in. However a very basic cleaning services was provided.

Cabinets and drawer were not cleaned and some areas were not swept/mopped. I addressed the misses in my assessment and they attempted to rectify but it was clear they are only able to provide basic cleaning. Unfortunately we will need to do much of the deep cleaning ourselves or hire another company to do it.

Hiring Merry Maids is one of the best decisions I’ve made. I’m a very busy person between running a business and being a father and cleaning just isn’t on the agenda for me sometimes and that’s where Merry Maids come in. I’ve used many different companies to clean my place and none have been as consistent, affordable and courteous as Merry Maids. I’ve never had anything go missing. I’ve never had items end up in a weird place in my home And they’ve even gone above and beyond to make my daughter’s room look neat and organized. I really appreciate all the effort and attention to detail and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to keep their home or business clean! Thank you so much, Merry Maids!!

Excellent cleaning service, from top to bottom job was outstanding and I’m a fanatic!! Thank you and recommendations will follow!!

Beyond Impressed with the incredible job done by these wonderful ladies. I called BURRINIS and they literally came to the rescue. With little notice-they sent three incredibly focused house cleaners to us the next day. The home we needed cleaned is just over 4000 square feet including a finished basement. SUPERB, OUTSTANDING, WONDERFUL, SUPER CLEANED, DEEP CLEANED, AND THEY WERE PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. Smiling and asking my wife to check a few things--amazing. We are beyond happy with our choice to trust Burrinis to clean our home. For a business to put our stress at ease, arrange to have three people to our home in less than 24 hours and on top of that to do work that is far beyond any house cleaner we have ever used. I highly recommend them and I will refer them to anyone needing a true house cleaning job done.

It is so important to be able to have your family feel comfortable moving into a clean, fresh home-I wish I could say more. Thank you Thank you Thank you.

They did an amazing job with the deep clean we booked, will definitely use their services again, and recommend to friends and family! A must book service!!
