I've been having the Maids in to clean my home for over a year... had a little interruption with COVID...I just didn't feel comfortable. But they've been back a few times now and they are better than ever! They always exceed expectations...I have the Red team on a consistent basis and they have been fantastic.

We used this service while we were trying to sell our house to keep it clean for open houses and potential buyers. The Maids did an amazing job each time and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Couldn't have been happier with them. We used them for our move out clean also, which was wonderful as well.

I have been using The Maids for at least ten years. Professional and pleasant to work with and, as I have a regular team coming to my home, tuned in to my cleaning needs and high standards. Always responsive to changes in my schedule.

The best thing about this company is that 4 team members arrive on time and immediately start cleaning. They are extremely efficient and are in and out quickly. I compared the prices of all of the local cleaning services, and this company seemed the most fair. While still pricey, they charge based on time spent not the amount of space. My house is fairly clean, I just wanted a service once a month to do the deeper clean which is more labor intensive like scrubbing grout and vacuuming the couch in between the maintenance cleaning I normally do, and it only took their team an hour so they only charged me for the time they spent cleaning, not a ridiculous $400+ flat rate based on the square footage of my house. Very professional, did a thorough job and left my home sparkling and smelling fresh and clean.

The entire staff at The Maids have consistently been professional, organized, attentive, and respectful. Very happy we switched from our previous cleaners and began using The Maids.

The Maids service is superbly professional and very friendly. Scheduling and/or cleaning changes are (gratefully) accommodated. Being slightly disabled that is very helpful to me. The Maids are A+++++ and a great fit for whatever your needs.

I want to thank the Gold Team from The Maids for all the hard work they put into the cleaning of our home here in Manchester, NJ. The team has been cleaning our home monthly for the last 10 - or so years. They are very coordinated, trust worthy, careful and thorough when they are here, I always look forward to the days they come. The office personnel who schedule their visits also do a great job of taking care of notifying me a few days before they are scheduled to come and flexible with working with me should I need to make any changes to my scheduled day or time.

These ladies are fantastic. Our house is spotless from top to bottom. Very professional, arrived when they said they would, did a walk-around to make sure they fully understood our needs and then did their magic. We will definitely be using them in the future.

Honestly incredibly disappointed in this service. I had to get them to come back and finish cleaning windows I paid extra for and they weren't even cleaned completely. I just wanted them put when it was all said and done. I paid over $600 for a deep clean and the corners of the home weren't scrubbed and they left areas dusty. The only good thing about them is their customer service. They are very on top of their game. I'll take my business elsewhere. 2/5
