The 2 ladies from MaidPro were excellent. Very pleasant women who did a great job cleaning my 4 rooms.

I waited 6 mo to write this, just in case this company was the same as all the rest i hired, (starts off good then declines, ) but they were not. They kept up consistency , and I had an actual human being as a point person I could always talk to. I just personally hate automated or corporate systems I like that they are local.

Disappointed by the service. Looking for a good cleaning service in the Bayshore Area. I really needed a move in/move out deep clean. Specifically requested interior Appliances and bathroom and kitchen cleaning that after tenant move out and the cleaning didn't do the trick. A team returned to try and deliver on the ask again but still no dif... they didn't seem to understand. Will not use Maidpros in the future.

I've used before and it was great however but the last time I hired them they literally cleaned half of my home and charged me for the entire home. The invoice even stated that they cleaned it! What!? When I called to discuss it, I was dismissed. They actually defended what they did. After becoming irate, I was told someone from billing would contact me. Still waiting for that call. Meanwhile they charged me for the entire job. Absolutely horrible service!

We hired Maid Pro to do a deep cleaning after a tenant moved out of our house. We were charged $427.
When we got to the house it was clear they did nothing but clean the 2 bathrooms and the windows.
The house was dirty. I do not recommend them we feel entirely ripped off. we left several messages and none were returned .

I hired Maid Pro for a move in cleaning. I had 3 Pro's come and they did such a wonderful job! They were very conscientious, courteous, & friendly. I definitely recommend this company and will certainly use them again!

Needed to clean up my dad's house, which had been empty for awhile, to prepare it for sale.

Contacted MaidPro and the office manager was able to accommodate me by scheduling an appointment within 24 hours. Meagan and Nicole arrived on time and proceeded to clean the entire house in a very quick and professional manner. They even cleaned the inside of the stove, which I had not thought about.

I was very pleased with the end result; the house looks great! I would highly recommend this service to others.

I wish I had read these reviews before hiring this particular MaidPro service.
The company should require their employees to learn how to make a bed properly. Regardless of how a person likes their bed made (which was a explanation), it should be done neatly. Bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly and they didn’t put everything back on the kitchen counters. Not the first time with this 3-person crew, who could not efficiently clean in their “allotted” time.

Hired made pro to do a cleaning service the day before I moved in. Two inexperienced kids were sent to clean a 5000 square-foot home as you can see from the pictures this is how my home was left after they were done. Save your money do not use this company complete rip off.
