We got exactly what we wanted. Justin had excellent suggestions for what to do in our yard, answered every text or call to update us on pricing and timing, and talked through options with us. He talked about kid/dog safety, and suggested an option that helped us keep trees that are along our property line. Once they were able to install, the fence was completed quickly. It was the best price we were quoted in the area as well.

American Discount just finished up our new fence installation. Everyone was fantastic to work with. Justin in Sales was great and came out to look at the project himself and make suggestions.Our installer Santiago was on time precise and polite. He was also able to fix our latches that weren’t working property and tighten up a few sections to make sure nothing was moving or rubbing up against each other. They were done in about 4 hours. Highly recommended family owned business.

Their rep Justin came out the next day for a quote and were the best price by far. The installers were very professional and finished the job in one day. It was after a rain so there was a lot of mud and they cleaned the whole area and the fence after they were done. It looks so nice. About 8 months later one post settled which made my gate crooked. I called to see what can be done and they came out the same day and adjusted it free of charge. I highly recommend using American Discount Fence for any fencing needs.

These guys did a great job. Jaden and his guys were awesome and i am very happy with the end product. They were very professional and knowledgeable. My dog Lucy thanks them also.

Justin and his team were wonderful to work with! Justin came out to do the measurements, answered all our questions and flawlessly juggled any requests we had while partnering with myself and my neighbor. His team was efficient knocking out an extremely large yard and two houses in one day! They left no trace, cleaning up after themselves and communicating the whole time.

Easiest experience I have had. Justin came out to do an estimate, very professional, very confident in his product and crew. Santiago came to my house, introduced himself and the crew went to work. Double checked with me everything that was getting done. Fence was installed with no sign that they were even here except for a beautiful installed fence. From my first interaction with Justin and Santiago’s installation crew, thank you again for installing the final touch to make my property shine.

I signed up for service to my front and back yard. I have motion cameras and noticed on the first service they were here for 7minutes and only did my front yard. I called the company to complain - of course you can't get your local office you have to go through their call center - and they offered to send someone out 2 days later to do the back yard. That day came and went and they did not show up. I called twice, once to complain originally and once to cancel and both times they couldn't give me any details as 'their computers are slow and not working'.
Terrible service. Would strongly recommend against anyone using this company. The call center argued with me about canceling (despite it being a pay as you go service), refused to put a supervisor on the phone and refused to refund me for the partial service I received.

This is my first year with TruGreen Lawn Service. I am very happy with the great job they are doing. My lawn looks beautiful! I had another company last year and the grass looked terrible so I stopped the service. Thank you TruGreen for the great job your doing!

Adrian does a great job and takes his time to explain things to us. I hope he continues to do our treatments. We have had your service for over a year now and maybe 3 times it wasn't Adrian and I thought of canceling the service because they seemed to spray only the center of the backyard and didn't go into fenced in pool area, where there is grass. Adrian is super thorough and covers the entire yard and explains everything well. I'm sure he is an asset to your company.

This is my 1st experience with them but as of now they have started off on a good note, Technician was courteous and introduced himself and explained what he servics he was rendering. Courteous to let the general public now that pesticide was used, sign was left in my yard, recommended service noted and provided, no pressure to be done right away but will be tending to those services in the near future, praying for a nice thick green lawn next year!!!!

My experience with Tru-Green and its specialists have all been great and the grass looking great with regular watering and cutting high. It’s what I’ve always wanted and Tru-Green and its specialists have made it happen. After each treatment a supervisor has met with me and we discussed the lawn’s appearance and suggestions

Like I ust stated, this last spray session showed that some chemical was used. The crab grass and four leaf clover is finally showing signs of dying. At first, both weeds seem to thrive when sprayed, but this time they are yellowing and in the process of dying. Much time was lost by this delay.

Mike is the best!! He’s courteous, explains what’s being done, what to expect and when he’ll be out again.

I have been using TruGreen for the last couple of years and I have noticed the different in my lawn. I would highly recommend then if you are having problems with the heath of your grass.

My yard was treated last Friday around 1 pm. The guy said he was using fertilizer and weed killer, and to keep my dog inside for 2 hours as they always say when I ask them (because they don't know or care). They're inexperienced techs every year.

My dog took a bone outside just after 10 pm (8 hours later when I lifted the dog door), and he was staggering, convulsing, and throwing up within a couple of hours from all of the chemicals he ingested!!

Plus, it was rainy that day so it makes no sense to me why they spray when it can't have time to dry especially when there's barely grass in my yard this time of year. So it's wet soil, mixed with chemicals. It was sooo scary- I canceled Tru Green. I will never use them again. They also use (2,4-D) a chemical known to cause lymphoma cancer in dogs. It is used to treat and kill weeds!! It's right on the receipt! My golden retriever is 100 pounds, but if I had a small dog the chemicals could have killed him!! Please beware!
