Reviews of local pros in Runnemede, New Jersey

This was my first visit and my first time using TruGreen. I like the way they did my neighbors yard so I looked them up and I appreciate the attention I’ve gotten so far. I wasn’t sold anything that I didn’t feel I needed and I was also advised that I can add services later on rather than at the initial Sign-up. The technician was very friendly and informative and gave it to me straight. We’ll see how this goes.

Ferdinand, the TrGreen technician, was very helpful, thorough, and informative. He sprayed under decks and on our stones around the pool. He explained us how the service deters mosquitoes

The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable to provide me ways to better my lawn with grass growth situations, weeds or other types of grass. Thank you for his knowledge and guidance.

My service today was very good. My tech Aaron arrived timely. When he did, he knocked on my door just to let me know he was there which was nice because it gave me time to let the dogs in the house. Great job!

First meeting Fernando was a real inspiration for me to see a professional at work. He explained everything he was going to do and gave the that extra effort to make us happy and eliminate our worries.

Good service !

I have been using your company for 14+ years now which is a testament that I am satisfied with your service.

If the prices continue to rise with this speed for your services, i will consider changing next year.

Good Service !

The service provided by TruGreen is good. They arrive promptly and complete the work on schedule. I have been a customer for 13+ years now and I am satisfied with the service, but the price-point keeps on increasing and no discounts are offered for loyalty. A tiny annual payment discount is offered which in my book is inadequate. If the increase in price continues I might have to make changes soon.

All in all, I am satisfied.

Our service technician was on time, informative, and Very much interested in customer satisfaction. Trugreen is a reliable establishment and I highly recommend them for their customer service satisfaction; they back up their product.

I am very pleased with today's service. My lawn is "greening up" nicely, as it comes out of Winter dormancy. Last year's mosquito spraying helped tremendously, so I'm having it done again this year.
Follow up: Even fewer mosquitoes this year !

My front and back yards didn't look good.
Green and full now well worth the money.

Service tech is the best. I went 2 years without Tru Green and it showed. My lawn looks fuller and greener. It will be perfect next year after aeration and overseeding.

I am very happy with TruGreen. My lawn shows a great improvement and everyone I’ve dealt with was very professional and pleasant. The office staff is pleasant. The lawn specialists are pleasant and professional. If I’m home they ring bell and introduce themselves. They confirm your appointment and let you know throughout the day where your specialists are and when to expect them.
I am very pleased with TruGreen. Very efficiently run company

Lawn Techs are great, knowledgeable and courteous, the other aspects of the company are very questionable! Try talking to someone in your local office(wait 24-48 hours for call back) that’s unacceptable.

The specialist who came to service my lawn was arrived at the expected time, was friendly and knowledgeable. He was eager to answer any questions I had and explained the processes. J is an asset to the TruGreen team.

Jeff is a rude and obnoxious person and maintained a haughty tone with me. Shows attitude. I won’t be going with TruGreen unless there is someone else that I can work with who is more respectful of customers.

My TruGreen rep Philip is awesome in servicing my lawns needs, my grass has never looked so healthy. He always explains what they are applying and what it will do to the lawn. If I have any concerns, they always take care of them.

Your employee is knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He is also a delightful person to do business with as he is very pleasant. He is an asset to your company. The name listed on my receipt is Joshua Brent.

TruGreen staff was extremely professional and punctual. I had requested morning appointment and they were able to comply. Andrew did a great job with my lawn aeration and seeding. Highly recommend.

The service technician performed a thorough and professional application on my yard today. Luke accurately responded to all of my specific requests related to the aeration and over-seating today without hesitation. 👍🏻👍🏻

The Specialist John Wright was by far the best one to preform his job out of all the other four that worked on my lawn this year.If he could service my lawn all the time,I would stay with TRUGREEN.

I had Trugreen for 2 years and my lawn looks good and very few weeds . However there were a few times including last week when I noticed on my Ring camera that the the technician looked at my lawn then put a sign on the lawn and just back into the truck without doing a lawn service. Then I was charged for the service and was not reimbursed the full amount. I don’t recommend Trugreen for there dishonesty and not putting the customer first.

This company sucks they offer a guaranteed green lawn 8 months have gone by and I have no grass growing I was told is was guaranteed or money back my lawn looks like crap and the manager came over and said yes you’re right no grass is growing I can re seed it next October but I don’t know why is not growing because they didn’t do a good job and now he said they don’t refund the mine for a crappie job do yourself a favor and do not use this company they just want your money and run hope they go out of business for screwing people over.you can see in the photos what a power seeding job looks like from Trugreen don’t hire them if you don’t want your lawn to like this
