So far I’m very pleased with TruGreen Lawn Care. Their professionals do very good work as my lawn is becoming greener and healthier looking with each application. I’m excited to see how beautiful it turns out after they aerate the soil and reseed!

The ABSOLUTE WORST. They burnt my grass sooooo bad. A technician came out during a heat wave and used two different fertilizer's on my lawn. The next two days my entire lawn was brown. The. The manger who ever he is came out and spray green paint on it and it made it worst it was horrible. They have yet came out to fix the problem. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! The hire are unexperienced techs. I caught everything on ring camera. The manager said that the equipment was messed up but I seen them spray two different things in my lawn. A complete mess. And the site manager has yet to come out to fix what they messed up. Ruin the front of my house!

Today was Christopher A It’s pouring and the procedure could still be done safely. It is always a good service. He was wet but very thorough and nice!

Anthony came to do my service today and I absolutely love him. He actually took the time to let me know what he was going to do to help with weed control and answered all my questions. He made me feel like a valued customer.

One of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had…..
We hired this company last year for a mosquito problem, and it was a complete nightmare from start to finish. The technicians constantly showed up at the wrong times — usually right before it rained or when no one was home — and would spend less than a minute spraying. I caught it all on our Ring cameras. They clearly tried to do the bare minimum without being held accountable.

Even after I explicitly canceled the service, they kept sending technicians to my property without permission a year latter. When I called to complain, they aggressively pushed resprays I didn’t want. I spoke with Julie on May 27, 2025, who assured me the charges would be removed — only for them to turn around and send my account to collections anyway.

This company is dishonest, unprofessional, and shows zero respect for its customers. I would strongly urge others to stay far away.

Tech did an extremely thorough job. He dismounted the machine and made sure that hard to reach areas were well seated. He checked in at the beginning of the treatment and again at the end of the treatment. We did a walk through together, and I was extremely pleased with the results. This was my first experience of TruGreen doing an aeration in seeding, and I would recommend it highly.

I’ve be using TruGreen for two years now and they do such a wonderful job. My lawn is absolutely beautiful.

This is my lawn 2nd year of having TruGreen, and yes I have an irrigation custom.

Evens for aeration and seeding did an amazing job! I would highly recommend him. He took his time and made sure he got every square inch of the property. Other specialists did not take nearly the amount of time and care that he did.

They came out and aerated and seeded my lawn today. I found out later. My technician’s name was William. He didn’t just go over the whole lawn, he went back over large areas several times to make sure that the areas that needed it most got extra attention. I was also paying close attention when the seeding started. I couldn’t believe how much seed was being spread out. Fantastic. When I thanked him, he said he was just doing his job, but like I told him, there are many ways to do a job. He did a fantastic job and as silly as it sounds, my wife and I are extremely excited to see our lawn in the spring.

My lawn was looking terrible last year and got your service and about 5 weeks later lawn was looking good. Now 3 month later my lawn looks great.

Hired TruGreen to treat weeds in my front yard. Over 6 months of service and the weeds are worse than before service started. My summary always said the same thing. Basically treated lawn for weeds lawn looks good.
Very disappointed in the way my complaint was handled. I told them I wanted a manager to come out and see for himself. They said they would send a technician out to retreat. After six months of treatment and no results why would I retreat??? Cancelled service for the lack of service. Hire a mom and pop company before giving this one a penny.
