When my mother needed her AC replaced I researched reviews and many people were happy with Accurate. My mom used him twice and was pleased. I had him replace my HVAC system and found that not only was Pete, the owner, very knowledgeable and reasonable but he was friendly, reliable, and helpful before and after the job. I would recommend Accurate Conditioning and plan to use them again for any HVAC needs.

The owner, Pete and his crew are the best. We needed a whole new system and Pete had the whole job done in one day. They showed up on time and did a great job cleaning up. Very professional all of them. I highly recommend them.

Pete came over right away when my central air stopped cooling during the recent heat wave. He and his team were able to get it back up and running. The price was fair and their response time was fantastic. I'll be calling them back when I replace my whole system next year. I highly recommend them.

The Sayreville American Legion Post needed a new AC/Heating unit and Pete and his crew did an outstanding job on replacing everything. His pricing is always very competitive, since we had to get several bids for the job. He also extended special pricing for our Veterans status. Making him a true supported of Veterans.

First, being a locally owned family business you can trust everything Pete tells you, he has solid reputation of being honest. Pete and his workers are all professionals, they are well trained and can repair and install all types of systems. I use them both for a business account and personal account. Highly Recommend Accurate.

We called Accurate because our fan was running but the furnace /ac was not giving off any heat or cooling. This was a brand new hvac system that had been installed during our Reno by another company so I wanted Accurate to look over the unit for obvious issues while here as well. Pete and his son came out quickly, and fixed the issue within 15 mins. Pete said that there been a wiring issue. When I asked what kind of issue he was vague and said it had just been wired wrong. I asked how was it wrong and he just said it was wrong. I thought it was odd he couldn’t explain but let it go. Then first issue occurred ….the hvac access is through the attic in our brand new bathroom upstairs. While I was downstairs I heard our toilet being used and when I asked Pete about it he lied said no, and started to whistle to cover the sound. We have had a bunch of repairs guys in the house, and set a side one of our bathrooms for them. If they would have just asked I would have showed them which bathroom to use. My home is not a public rest stop. Second issue…. Pete went outside to check the outdoor ac unit to make sure it looked ok. He explained the Freon was extremely low and it should be filled as well as possibly checking the whole unit for a leak. He gave an approximate estimate of $700-$800 for the Freon and said checking the system could be a lot because they would have to go through the all the lines. I said no and the visit was concluded. Something seemed a little off and I wasn’t of fan of them using the bathroom then lying about it. So when I had another hvac company come in I spoke to them about Pete’s concern with the Freon. They laughed. Apparently Freon can only property be checked on days when the outside temp is 70 or above, the day Pete was here it was chilly (in the low 60’s) so his read would have been totally off. We are really happy with the repair he did, but frankly he was disrespectful of our home by just letting his son use the bathroom without asking, and a little scummy by trying to give us misinformation to add more “repairs” to the job. Glad my instincts told me to hold off on any more repairs with him.

Pete and his crew installed multiple mini split units and gas line for a fireplace in my home. Pete is very knowledgeable and responsive. His crew was very professional and completed the job ahead of schedule. Top notch service

Pete, the owner and his workers have always been quick to respond, dependable and given great service. We recently had trouble with 1 of our 19 years old furnace. And after discussion and logic advice from Pete we replaced both the Furnace and A/C units. The team work done by Pete and his workers was highly effective. And we appreciated the professional care leaving the condition of our home as when they started the job. I've been using Accurate for a few years. It was time to replace our furnace and air conditioner. Pete came out right away with an honest and competitive estimate and was here within a few days to complete the job. His team was great to work with and they were extremely respectful and kind. He said he would leave the area cleaner than when he came and he was right - you would not have even known they were here. We had an issue upon completion and without hesitation, Pete took tools out of his truck and told his team they weren't leaving and needed to fix it. In this situation, as a business owner, I would have been angry - but...... his team remained professional and respectful and left with smiles and checked in the next day. Pete and Accurate Conditioning are amazing! We had no heat late at night and Pete was here immediately to help solve the situation. They are always quick and responsive when we call for help maintenance for our unit! I would not use anyone else to help service our unit or replace our unit when it’s time!

Pete and his crew did an excellent job on installing the air handler in the attic and compressor outside. The air handler needed to be installed in a very tight space. Happy we chose accurate.

I would give Pete and his crew 20 stars if I could. From start to finish, Pete was wonderful to work with. He was fairly priced and did everything he said he would and then some. He went truly above and beyond. I would recommend using Accurate Conditioning any time. Also, we have 2 cats, and he and his crew took such care to make sure they were safe as they were working. That really meant a lot.

be done then quoted a very honest price. Pete and his team are very professional. Installed a new air conditioning unit and furnace in the Spring. Needed to redirect the air in the master bedroom because it was too loud and to hot and it was a simple fix plus they showed me where I can adjust it myself for the summer time. He also added a vent in the dining room/Kitchen area to make it warmer in the area. Cleaned everything up like he was never here. Would recommend him to anyone.

What an amazing experience from first call to finished job. Helped me get the best value unit and even helped me get discounts and credits as well as advising me about the 84 month interest free loan through neif lending. Entire job done in one day and were completely respectful of the property and cleaned up better then when they got there. Could not be happier with the service.
