I HIGHLY recommend Pete and his crew for all your HVAC needs! Pete was prompt responding to my calls and diagnosis of my HVAC issues. I've call Pete on several heating and AC issues. Ultimately, Pete replaced my HVAC unit when it was beyond repair (19 year old unit) during an extreme heat wave. Pete and his crew were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They took my old unit away and left my basement very clean. GREAT SERVICE and pricing.

Pete and his team are very professional and well organized. They did a complete AC replacement in our home - lots of tight spaces in the attic. The work was spotless and even the town inspectors marveled at the quality of the installation. Pete also helped set us up with the interest free financing through our local utility. Pete and his team were amazing. My Air Conditioner System stopped working and PSEG said they could not come out for an estimate for a new system for 5 days and then it may have taken another week to install. Pete immediately came out the same day and installed the System the next day. He was thorough, professional and easy to work with. I am so impressed with everything aspect of Accurate Conditioning. I strongly urge anybody who has an Air Conditioning problem to call Pete.

We experienced a major flood in September. After two months without heat, we finally received the check from the flood insurance company. However since we have a mortgage, the repair checks come from our mortgage company. The first company we called was NJ Resources. Do not use them. They cared about one thing, getting the money. They wouldn’t work with us at all. Then we found Accurate Conditioning. Pete’s concern was getting heat in our home as soon as possible and doing the job right. He was more than willing to work with our mortgage company and accommodated them with every little change they asked for. I believe the mortgage company requested invoice changes three times before they were happy and Pete did everything they asked for and never complained. His assistants were friendly, competent and professional. Everything they did was done with the utmost care. I highly recommend Accurate Conditioning for all your HVAC needs. I know I’ll never call anyone else!

Pete and his team were professional, taking care during installation. They were respectful of my property and my home, and took the time to walk me through operation of my new unit. During the initial consult, Pete was very upfront about my options, answered my questions, and tailored my solution to our needs. We experienced a system failure in this July heat wave, NO AC… called Accurate Conditioning , they responded with same day service call and topped our refrigerant… 2 days later… no AC , again they responded … re-topped the refrigerant… and checked the system, we were utilizing a 30 year old HVAC system which we were planning to replace in the fall. We asked Pete, the owner, for a quote on a new, higher efficiency system. Accurate gave us a complete quotation to replace our failing system with a high efficiency HVAC system, including a bluetooth remote sensor Honeywell thermostat to deal with seasonal issues in our early 70’s home. Accurate managed to order, provide , install and calibrate the new syatem IN ONE DAY! Today ! With the highest summer temperatures of the year expected this week. They even diagnosed and corrected an air flow return issue which had been caused by a now defunct contractor, an issue that had been limiting the functionality of our entire system! They were honest, cordial, provided full disclosure pricing, willing to negotiate, and neat, neat, neat! We went from sweltering and stressing… to chilling in our energy efficient, quietly cooled home! Top shelf service from a top shelf company

Had installation done for both a furnace and air conditioning system. Pete promptly diagnosed the problem and worked up an agreement. He was polite, professional and most considerate guiding me through the system. He showed me how to navigate the digital thermostat and took care of all the warranty, equipment registrations and rebate forms. Worked neatly and carefully, and completed the job in the same day! Great experience from start to finish. They came out quickly, diagnosed the issue right away, and explained everything clearly. They got the heat back on the same visit, made sure the system was running properly, and didn’t try to upsell or push unnecessary work. Very knowledgeable, honest, and professional. Accurate conditioning was incredible! We came back from vacation to find that our condenser, coil, and furnace needed to be replaced. As newer homeowners, this can be extremely daunting. Pete was extremely knowledgeable about everything and was able to make recommendations for us at different price points and offer his professional opinion. We have had Brian and then Tony come to do yearly maintenance on both our furnace and central air and they were always professional and helpful each visit. Brian also helped us with some minor ductwork repairs as well and prices were always reasonable. When we had an issue with the furnace this year, Tony came out and was able to diagnose the issue. Based on the age of the system we decided to go with a replacement. We didn't feel pressured or like we were being oversold anything. Pete and everyone did a great job with the install especially because of the tricky location in the attic with the furnace and where our air conditioning unit is located, with Pete explaining to us everything about the system along the way. He also communicated the entire process and times and they left everything clean.
