Today's tech, Richard, was a breath of fresh air. Most techs ring the doorbell and leave, but he took the time to go over the treatment and allow me to ask questions and address any concerns. He actually cared about the job he's doing rather than a spray and go as quick as they can, which is usually the case. Great job 👍

Total professional services and we are very much satisfied since last 2-3 years may be. And our loan is having nourishment it requires as per season.

I am writing this review after a full year of consistently unsatisfactory service from TruGreen, spanning from aeration and overseeding to their weed prevention and fertilization programs. Unfortunately, my experience has been overwhelmingly negative, resulting in a lawn that is in far worse condition than when I first engaged their services.

My initial service, approximately a year ago, was core aeration and overseeding. The germination rate was abysmally low – I estimate less than 10% of the seed actually took. This required me to purchase and apply my own seed and straw protection in a desperate attempt to achieve any growth, a cost and effort that should have been unnecessary had their initial service been effective.

Subsequent weed prevention and fertilization applications have proven to be the worst I have encountered in the market. Despite paying for these services, my lawn now boasts a wider and more diverse variety of weeds than I ever had before starting with TruGreen. This is the complete opposite of what one expects from a professional lawn care service.

Furthermore, the conduct of their service technicians is a significant concern. There's a clear lack of care or attention to detail in their work; their priority seems to be merely completing the job as quickly as possible, regardless of the impact on the property. This spring, a technician inexplicably applied weed control directly onto clearly visible new grass seed (which I had painstakingly planted and covered with a straw bed). This demonstrates a shocking disregard for established growth and basic horticultural principles.

Their scheduling practices are also unprofessional. Appointments are often scheduled only a day in advance, leaving absolutely no time for the homeowner to prepare the property or make arrangements. To compound matters, they consistently fail to call before arriving, leading to unexpected service visits.

Finally, the most baffling aspect of their service is the technicians' post-service notes. After a paid weed control application, to receive a note stating "saw weeds on the property" is not only unhelpful but insulting. It directly contradicts the very purpose of the service I'm paying for and highlights a severe disconnect between the service provided and the intended outcome.

Given this year-long pattern of inadequate results, negligent application practices, and poor communication, I can confidently state that I would not recommend TruGreen's services even if they were offered for free. Homeowners seeking genuine improvements to their lawn should look elsewhere.

Mr. Frederick Fleig is our lawn service Tech. He takes care of my lawn for several years now. I have been very happy. He is very professional and care about my concerns. l need granular fertilizer and spot treatment for the weeds, he always remembers. Fred does very clean work. All granulars go to the grass. He even uses blower to clean up the few granulars on the edge of the driveway. Excellent work. My lawn looks great.

Altariq H. & his partner from TruGreen did a great job with the aeration and seeding. He was professional, communicative, and gave clear instructions for watering. Highly recommend

We have been with True Green for the last 2 or 3 years. Extremely satisfied with their lawn care program. The gentleman that takes of our property is outstanding, knowledgable and thorough at what he does. In addition he is a professional, courteous, helpful and overall a wonderful person.

We signed up for their service without insecticide and made it abundantly clear we did not want any insecticide whatsoever used on our lawn. They "accidentally" sprayed insecticide all over the lawn and only offered a 50% rebate. Completely untrustworthy service.

Definitely a five star for yesterday’s service. Mr. Altariq Hall treated my lawn yesterday and while doing his work he answered all my questions and explained me how the fertilizer treatment will work in the lawn. He was a very nice guy. 5 stars for him too.. I’m very happy to choose True green for my lawn this year. Hopefully I’ll see a lush green and insect free lawn this summer.

I had bad experience with TruGreen Lawn care company. This is what they did to my grass. I called 5 times to get some resolution and they keep routing the calls and mentioning someone will come out to see it. Finally i got someone from TruGreen on the call and he says tooo much rain caused this. I know we had too much rain and it can happen but not this. I tried to explain to him that this patches happen soon as they did the service to kill the weeds. I guess i did not read the fine print they kill the grass also. Anyhow, not happy all with them and will probably not use them again.

TruGreen always assigns qualified technicians for my lawn treatments. I’ve had over the past year many complements from neighbors and visitors to the house about how healthy my lawn looks and feels. Good investment but it’s not just one or two treatments that works …it’s the series of 5+ lawn treatments throughout the season that makes the difference and being diligent with watering as needed should Mother Nature not offer enough hydration throughout the hot summer months. You have to stay on top of it period.

Greg the specialist rang my door bell to see if I had any questions or any concerns. I found him to be polite, professional, knowledgeable, and he cleaned up my walkway and driveway nicely, which I greatly appreciated.

TruGreen not only supplies great lawn treatment, but also quality employees who document all and all questions of need be. My lawn needed alot of work, it's has never looked better, and only after a few treatments.

this is a terrible landscape service, first of all, I prepaid the lawn service for the whole year and they started charge me for service even my contract is not ended yet. ( their explain is they only charge for the calendar year so this is the time I need to pay for this year's service, but when I signed up with them, I paid the amount for the whole year service and they admitted my service is not ended yet)

Next, we closed our house last year and I noticed there are weeds in our lawn, so we started truegreen as our lawn service since we don’t know anything about it.

this spring, our lawn looks terrible than we inspected this house last year.

My husband is so frustrated at their service and kept asking them come to solve the problem. They came. They solved.

But in my opinion, when you started a lawn special service you are expecting do nothing about the lawn instead of spent half day to talk this kind of issues with different customer representatives for three times.

Today was our 1st service for lawn maintenance. Service staff is so polite.from start to finish, well explained and executed.

Have had 2 services with them so far and had no improvement in issues in lawn. I was told on 3 separate occasions that the general manager would call and discuss how we can improve the quality of my lawn. He hasn't called me back. Called tru green customer service and they said "we are in Indiana so we can't force him to call you but will send him a message." I pointed out to the customer service agent that I am paying them to address the issues with my lawn so they should be able to get someone to call me to help figure out what needs to be done next.

Jaivion’s service was quick but thorough. And his report, which followed immediately, was instructive and complete. You cannot ask for more than that!

Quinton serviced my home today and he handled himself very professionally. He thoroughly explained his service and what he was going to do and then proceeded to ask if I had any questions. I have dogs and he even made sure he noted on the finished paperwork that he closed the gate so I wouldn’t have to worry when I let the dogs back out. Amazing service!
