I am very happy with the service done to my yard as it looks great and I have had comments from people about how nice my yard looks.

My wife and I were away, however, my daughter was home and said the young lady was very competent and took the time to do a very efficient job. We can always feel confident that your employees provide an excellent service and we have trust in the company.

Truegreen representative rang the bell and explained the procedure he would be doing for the day. I spoke with him about the water scheduling and subsequent lawn cutting. He explained everything thoroughly. He was professional and friendly. Highly recommend Trugreen- our lawn has significantly improved in one season!

True green is not providing lawn service which I’m paying for. I just happen to be home when they came to do my lawn service. I noticed that the technician was leaving. I questioned he as to why he was not doing the other side of my lawn. His answer was , I NEVER DO PAST THE DRIVEWAY. For years I have paid Truegreen to do my whole lawn. I called Truegreeen and asked to be compensated for the area that was not treated. I was told that cannot happen.

Here is what my lawn looks like after 4-5 TruGreen "service" appointments (FYI, service appointments have consisted of a TruGreen technician spending all of 10 minutes at my home spraying some type of nondescript fertilizer).

Over the past 2 weeks I have called TruGreen 5 times and sent 3 emails attempting to have a senior technician or supervisor come look at my lawn. 3 times I have been told that someone is scheduled and 3 times no one has showed up with no message from TruGreen (FYI, it is impossible to contact the local branch, only the centralized customer service line). Each time I've then had to start over with TruGreen offering a complementary "reservice" appointment. Incredibly frustrating and could not be more disappointed. Complete waste of money.

Great company and will only choose them as my lawn company. They have made my lawn so healthy and nice. I get comments all the time. They are a responsive company and knowledgeable technicians. Give them a try and you won’t be disappointed. Great service and affordable compared to the others. They are a loyal company to their customers as well. I have included a small photo cropped my home out for privacy of course.

Jarrett & Bubba was excellent and he aerated and overseeded and he gave me great instructions on what to do for the next two weeks- heavy watering everyday no cutting!

Ruined my lawn! Cut my electric fence. Cost me thousands of dollars to repair the damage. I ran out and stopped the tech because he did not see that he was damaging my entire lawn. The tech refused to give me the number to his supervisor, and stated that damage is part of the service. He serviced my lawn in the RAIN!! I could not get anyone on the phone that could help. Called main line and they don’t have numbers to local offices, they can only reach them via email.

These guys don’t lie as it awakens your lawn see the difference Richard K. always does his magic! Always friendly and puts customers needs first.

I am very concerned about the quality & reliability of their work. I have requested ahead of their visits that I wanted to speak to the lawn tech, & it doesn’t happen. I have cameras all around my house & saw where only part of the property was serviced. Today, the Customer Rep. told me that my property measurement was incorrect & he would have it corrected. They are nice & will redo the service, but I asked how do they supervise the lawn Techs.? My lawn in the back has long brown patches. A Supervisor is supposed to call me. We’ll see, but will cancel if I can’t get any resolve to my issues.

Be aware of tha this company will do a service when you not request it and will charge you for the services and even send you to a collection agency. Have them service my lawn over 8 to 10 years ago and cancelled after one season. Years later because i had an account they think they can service and charge me for something and said that was verbal.

I started using TruGreen in April for the first time. My experience with the company has been great. It was simple to get started and I’m notified each time they come and again once they’re complete. Most of my applications have been done by Quinton N.; who’s always professional and thorough; ensuring all areas are treated. Hanging outside this year was much more pleasant than previous years, with the significant reduction in mosquitos. I highly recommend, and I will continue to use the company going forward.

Before you buy their service, they promise you everything to keep your lawn green and healthy. I took the service considering same but the moment i took by grass started turning brown. I called them 2-3 times and every time specialist came they blamed me for not watering properly, sun, fungus etc etc and kept on saying next service it will improve but it hasn't. Really disappointed.

Very nice and curious people but not great results. In addition to 4 applications this year I had 2 extra, one in the spring when I still saw dandelions and another 4 weeks ago when I complained about crab grass and nutsedge...

TRUGREEN has been fantastic. Greg, the General Manager, is always helpful and responsive, and Ryan is a great manager as well. Last year I had an issue with grubs, and they quickly came out and took care of it. I’ve been a TRUGREEN customer for over 20 years, and they consistently do a great job. Highly recommend!

I trusted Trugreen to take care of my lawn, and they completely ruined it. I would strongly advise against using their services if you value the health and appearance of your yard. This experience has been a complete nightmare, and I regret ever hiring them.

The specialist that came out today did an amazing job he covered all areas of my yard and answered all my questions!

Tec does not let you know when they are at your home. Would like to be able to speak to them about questions I have or problem spots. They do communicate great on what they applied after they are gone. After 4 applications, I still have weeds. Some areas of my lawn do look fuller and green.

We had a massive tree on our property that we wanted removed. The service was impeccable. Everyone was on task and it was done so quickly I couldn't believe it! All of my neighbors were also impressed w. Their work. Oscar Santamaria's crew and the crane man, Justin, went above and beyond! Will recommend them to anyone who asks! Keep it up!
