We had a problem with water pressure dropping and Derek took time to analyze the problem and consider possible causes, then evaluated and eliminated the possibilities until he came to a recommended solution, which he implemented. Issue was resolved, plus he gave me options for plans to pay for the service of which I chose the least expensive (an annual plumbing contract).
I was impressed with Derek’s knowledge and thoroughness, and his careful and respectful manners. I could not have been happier with the service today.

RupCoe is a great company, highly Customer centric, great service. We had a Rinnai tankless heater installed and then some issues with it about 10 months later. Rinnai and their amazing tech Howard, were extraordinarily helpful in resolving a very difficult situation given that we were going to be out of the country, getting the parts ordered from Rinnai, getting them installed, and just making the best of a bad situation. I cannot say enough good things about Howard the technician who worked on our installation or the owners of RupCoe who were willing to think outside the box. thanks Sunil

I've been using RupCoe for several years and I'm very well satisfied with their services.
Over the last few years we've used them for a few plumbing repairs and the install of a hot water heater and a new furnace and air conditioner.
At all times the work was very professional and handled in a timely manner. The techs as well as the office staff take their responsibilities very seriously and provide excellent service.. I could not be more happy with this company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I am thrilled with my new kitchen. Tom is the best. He walked me through the entire process and turned my vision into reality. Vinnie and his team are the best electricians in the business. Best of all is Rich Nerod! There is absolutely nothing this man can’t do. He can take garbage and turn it into gold. My cabinets, crown molding, paint, backsplash, flooring…everything he did was perfection. His work is second to none. He had ideas I never even thought of! I will recommend Rupcoe to everyone I know. We called the day before a major rain event as our sump pump died. Stirling came an hour or so later, looked at our sump, quoted a fair price, and went to work. Not only the pump, but the pipe leading out of the house had to be replaced. He was professional and thorough. He tested the pump after installation and cleaned up after himself. We have kept their number and plan on using them for any future projects.

RupCoe put in a tankless water heater for me, and has been maintaining my heat and air conditioning unit for years now. They have also provided some plumbing maintenance for my home. They are consistently professional. At times I have had to wait for maintenance when they had other emergency calls, but they always kept me informed. I trust them to give me a fair estimate and do quality work. I recommend signing up for an annual maintenance plan. They provide a good value for the plan and recommend helpful upgrades without any sales pressure.

Needed sink repair and installation...Josh did a terrific job was prompt and very knowledgeable..Rupcoe you are very luck to have this young man..A++ to Josh and ladies in office..Highly recommend this company for all plumbing needs...

First off, the lady was exceptional. Great company to do business with. The tech name Alex was professionals,knowledgeable and have a great personality. He took the time to take care of my issues and address all concerns. He was awesome!

My experience with Rocco specifically Stirling was extremely pleasant, educational and congenial. I would refer a coat to anyone. I think he did a dynamic job. He gave me a great education as well. I think it was fantastic.

Update 12/18/2024: had a toilet that wouldn't flush and needed to be replaced. Not only did Strephon manage to replace it in just a few hours, it's actually better than anything we've had before. This is an old house and repairs often go wrong but not this one. Strephon did beautiful work!

I have used RupCoe for many of our repair needs over the years and have always found them to be responsive and professional. Strephon Stirling was no exception. I discovered this morning, about 11 am, that our 14 year old hot water heater was dumping water all over the floor. It is now not yet 3 pm and I have a new hot water heater installed and working great. Strephon took out the old one, installed the new one, and cleaned up his work site in record time and with a minimum of fuss or difficulty - exactly what I needed when faced with such a disaster.

Sterling was very thorough in explaining the work being done, the cost, and preventive care measures to avoid future corrosion/repair. Very professional.

Stirling is a very pleasant person. He is very polite and explains everything to you as to what he is doing.

Sterling did a good job on our old bathroom . Fixed everything and it's working well and looking good.

Answered my call for help when my hot water tank failed. Arrived on the same day with a replacement and Mr. Sterling had the knowledge and skills to finish before dinner. He added a few upgrades that I requested and cleaned up before he left.

I've used RupCoe for several years now, and have always been satisfied. Today, I met Stirling for the first time when he came to clear a clogged sink. He was polite and professional. He did a great job fixing our issue. I will definitely request Stirling again in the future. RupCoe is always reliable!

Strephon was very professional and did an awesome job fixing our clogged sink and sewer stack. Explained what he needed to do along the way.

Derek was great! He was very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. He did an excellent assessment and wrote out all my options and explained how I could save money by taking out a membership. I didn't have any work done the same day because I needed a little time to think about it. The next plumber that came to my home to fix the plumbing under my kitchen sink was Duquan. He was great too. I have a mobile home with very little old pipes. I was a bit nervous about having work done but he did a great job unclogging the pipes and everything works perfect. I would definitely recommend RupCoe. Very positive experience!
