We needed many things - shower handles replaced, tub spouts replaced, shutoff valves replaced. Stirling did excellent work and even cleared a drain we didn't know was clogged. We would recommend Stirling and RupCoe for all plumbing and HVAC needs.

I just used RupCoe to fix my furnace. Sterling did a great job! RupCoe provides reliable and expert services. Their work is reliable, professional, and top notch. If you need your furance not to blow up, and if you need the job done fast, then RupCoe is the answer!!!!

My daughter had a complicated issue that 2 well known plumbing companies which will remain nameless that after supposedly fixing issue came back both times 2 days later and only provided excuses not solutions. I reached out to the owner James Coyle and he sent his tech and several hours later fixed and days later still no issues. Make no mistake James Christian beliefs apparently r evident in his company and with no remote exaggerating I feel he represented divine intervention in every way
My daughter and grandkids couldn't shower so my daughter reluctantly asked for my assistance and James and his company saved the day and as grandpa he allowed me to help my daughter out of a stinky situation so im truly grateful beyond words for his assistance and his beliefs playing a role how he runs his company
I gotta be honest I was beyond disturbed 2 well known companies provided excuses but once James became aware of issue he acted immediately and his efficiency is well received. Prayer answered

Mid-July heatwave. I decided to stop paying repair costs on a quality 18-23(?)-year-old system. System was down. 1/2 a dozen estimates on a full replacement. Rupcoe owner Tom came by and provided a clear estimate via email, complete with add-on options and their cost. Price quote was more than fair, and he sent a crew 2 days later. Done in 8 hours. Rupcoe is a PSEG installer as well, which qualifies the homeowner with some great 0% interest financing options thru bill repay. (Basically, they tack the cost onto your PSEG bill @ 0 % interest.) Tom and Rupcoe handled all of that, though. Seamless. Customer for life. THE "SUDDEN SERVICE WITH A SMILE" motto checks out. ✔️

Avene was sweet and very understanding with all my needs. Howard & his team did my furnace and AC replacement. They were right on time, very professional, cleaned up after themselves like they were never here :)
I am honestly very happy with the service. I have had AJ Perri replace my water heater and that was one expensive service, compare to that.. these guys are doing great job and not breaking my bank at the same time.

When you have a problem with your sump pump, why is it always right before it’s supposed to rain for a few days? In a situation where I should’ve been nervous, I wasn’t because I knew I was going to call Rupcoe. Rupcoe is always there for me for all my plumbing needs. And this time was no different. I was told exactly when my technician would show up and he did his job efficiently. He gave me two options for resolving the issue without pressuring me to take either one of them. The replacement process took about less than two hours, and I was very happy with the results. Thanks Rupcoe (and Mr. Stirling!)

My gas fired water heater was leaking so it was time for a replacement. I decided to go with a tankless water heater. Rupcoe plumbers are outstanding and they install the highly rated Rannai brand equipment tankless water heaters.
If you have a large family or frequent guests, a tankless water heater will allow people to shower at the same time and there is no wait for the tank to reheat. Pretty amazing. My gas bill should go down making the initial cost tolerable. (to be determined in time).
The Rupcoe team is professional and able to complete complex installations at a reasonable cost.

I have used them for A/C, HVAC, and now a water heater. Howard and Josh were the team that completed the installation. They are skilled plumbers able to tackle the most difficult jobs with great accuracy. The owners of RupCoe are kind and their prices are reasonable. Having the job done correctly and efficiently is very important. The techs are highly qualified and courteous. Any job, large or small, you can count on the Rupcoe team.

Needed my water heater replaced. Technician arrived timely and began the replacement. Once installed Sterling explained the system ( moisture/flood alarm) and went through what to do if we had an issue. It was a pleasure to deal with him!!. You have a true asset in him

We had a wonderful experience with RupCoe today. We called and they were responsive, had someone out first thing this morning, and fixed our problem. Stirling was so professional and thorough and explained what he had to do as he was doing it. We would absolutely recommend this company and will continue to use them when needed!

Used Rupcoe Great Company. Technician Sterling was Great he did a great job. Fixed 2 clogs back up and Running will definitely use them again very Happy with the service .

We had a slow draining tub/shower. Daquan came and explained the cost. He was very friendly and began working immediately. He did a great job and there was no mess. I will definitely use RupCue again.

I am very happy with the service and the knowledge of Rupco and the service I received from their tech Dequan. Having a historic house they are able to think outside of the box and come up with a very custom approach. I highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend RUPCoe Plumbing. Lisa the receptionist there was very kind, professional and helpful in getting the plumber to come out right away to give me an estimate on replacing the water tank. Within an hour after my phone call to the company the plumber was dispatched right away.
Mr. Stirling came out to assess the situation. Mr. Stirling was very knowledgeable about correcting the situation. After having three different estimate and 3 different plumbers come out to assess the water heater leaking, MR. stirling is the plumber that showed the most compandency ane knowledge. He was very professional, yet very compassionate of my frustration. He explained everything. Mr. Stirling even corrected the fire hazzard that existed inside the chimney. It was obvious that he installed the water heater up to code and did an outstanding job. I would very highly recommend this company and extremely recommend Mr. Stirling and his co-worker in the professional work done.

Rupcoe installed my new HVAC system. This company has been around for quite some time and they had alot of positive reviews hence why I chose them to complete the job. The price for a whole new system was very competitive compared to the bigger companies. The guys that did the job were very professional and cared about there quality of work.

I’ll be honest, it took a bit longer than expected but they didn’t let me stay in cold. They found a way to make it work without changing parts the first time, just to be able to start the heating.

Fair price, ended up paying less than initially requested, due to a change on design.

After I totally messed up a simple combo tankless water heater installation myself, they added a few components and they made it work.

The mother board and a transformer inside the tankless water heater were defective and they dealt with technical support from Rinnai, they changed the parts after they arrived and made it work.

And they fixed my problem, everything works perfectly, including my hydronic heating.

I will definitely work with them again, if needed.

I have been a RupCoe customer for several years and I have never been disappointed with their service. Nobody wants to have repair/servicing done but I have nothing but good things to say about RupCoe.

Today I had drain problems and my technician explained everything, provided me with a verbal estimate, was very neat with the clean up and was very pleasant.

RupCoe came recommended to me and in turn I would fell very confident in recommending them (which I have).

I had my six month old water heater fail… The burner plate was covered in soot. This is a RHEEM water heater, so I used their recommendation for a plumber. I called RupCoe. They sent out Strephon Who not only diagnose the problem, ordered the parts and when they arrived installed them. During the process of testing, he identified a problem with the gas regulator. I was able to call the utility company. And they determined there was a problem with the gas regulator. This has now been addressed and everything is working beautifully. 5 Star Service all around for Strephon and RupCoe.
This was a manufacturing defect of the RHEEM water heater. The labor cost was fair, but I would expect Rheem to cover that cost as well as the water heater is under full warranty. Not an issue with RupCoe. Excellent service and follow up!!!!
