I was leaving for a trip when I went to the basement to get the last thing so I could leave and my feet were suddenly wet. I was overwhelmed getting 3 kids out of the house and now this disaster. I had heard of serv pro but never used them. I called and within an hour they had 2 guys with 4 fans and a dehumidifier in my basement. They were professional, reliable, and truly lifesavers. I wish I could call them to fix all of life’s disaster. My trip was saved and I am a now a huge fan of serv pro. From the first moment of my call they put me at ease which was what I needed just as much as the physical labor. The price was great. Well worth every penny. Had I done it all myself I would have saved some money, but paid that amount and more in chiropractor bills. Plus I would have always worried that mold grew cause I wasn’t a professional. I guess Serv pro stands for service professionals and the name fits

Not an ideal situation to call late afternoon on Friday, but ServPro came through. So thankful to everyone! Our sump pump failed and I went into the basement to find about 2 inches of water. ServPro took care of the situation in about 3 hours, wish I had called sooner. I tried nearly all day and made no progress. If you are ever in an emergency situation, call them. They are wonderful. Everyone at the company is really great. Thank you again!

I couldn't be more pleased with the service ServPro of Piscataway provided in drying out and cleaning up my basement. Debbie Hagel answered my questions by phone and came to my home shortly afterwards. She went over what needed to be done and pricing. Her crew, headed by Chris, arrived on time and got the job done expertly. Their equipment finished the job of drying out my basement and they picked the equipment up 5 days later. The crew sent was timely, professional, polite, knowledgeable, and courteous. We used Servpro for our HVAC duct cleaning, and they were met with many odd obstacles. These Gentlemen were able to overcome those with relative ease, thought on their feet, and did an excellent, clean job as if my home were their own. Given the totality of the circumstances, they essentially worked thru their own lunch-break to meet their own set of goals, and in my opinion went well above and beyond our expectations. They explained the process to us thoroughly without us having to even ask, and also detailed to us any shortfall and their solution to remedy whichever obstacle they ran into. I highly recommend, and would absolutely use them again!

Debbie, Michael and the rest of the team were absolutely wonderful. They were punctual and professional and walked me through the entire process. We had a fire in our complex and smoke and water damage was keeping us from re starting a critical sensitive production operation. Debbie and Frank were able to meet us at our facility a day later on Sunday prior to insurance evaluation.

Mike a field manager was on the job pretty much the whole time. This allowed us to concentrate on other areas of business and clean up.

These guys are great, Mike, Chris and the rest of the crew did a great job on the kitchen fire that we had at my house in Edison. The house is now lemony fresh and squeaky clean and everything was put back in the exact same place I’m now a big fan of Servpro!

My basement flooded from a washer and I was so concerned because my husband is battling cancer and mold is dangerous to his immune system. I called and you were at my home within a hour. You understood my concerns and explained exactly what needed to be done to prevent mold growth and dry out the water. Your crew was very professional and knowledgeable. Who do you call when you have a sump pump failure causing a flooded finish basement! You call SERVPRO of Piscataway, of course! After calling several companies in panic, I luckily chose the BEST! Debbie took charge and guided me through the process. Within an hour my worst fears were eliminated.
The crew that arrived was very professional and caring.They pumped the water, removed the furniture, dried and cleaned the carpet. Within a week there was no evidence of a flooded basement. I couldn’t recommend them more highly! Job well done, SERVPRO!

Servpro was awesome. My upstairs neighbors water heater pipe burst, effectively turning my bathroom into the Amazonian rainforest. Through a recommendation by my insurance company, I contacted Servpro. They had guys out the same afternoon, and they assessed the damage and set up their equipment. When it came time to pick up, they were prompt and professional. I hope no one has to use them for the sheer fact that if you do it means you have water damage, but these guys really were awesome.

We had a hot water pipe burst in our kitchen which caused damage to our cabinets, hard wood floors and our finished basement. Servpro came in and did an excellent job with the removal of water and remediation needed. They took such care with our cabinets, back splash, countertops and the flooring in our basement. They made a stressful situation much less so. I highly recommend them.

ServPro cleaned up soot damage that we had in my house caused by a furnace puff back. They were very thorough in their cleaning and were efficient and worked quickly. They were very responsive and kept in communication with me throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them for fire or water damage or any other damage.

We used Servpro of Piscataway at our building for a sewage cleanup that was caused by a blocked sewer. Our plumber couldn't get to the clean out until the sewage was removed. After speaking to Frank he dispatched Chris to the scene. In a short time Chris arrived assessed the situation and called in another worker. Water heater burst and flooded the basement. Called and spoke to Vicky who took the info provided and assured me that someone would contact me quickly. It was as she said and a crew was here in less than 2 hours and promptly assessed the situation got right to work and were done in 3 hours. The remediation took 3 days to complete with the drying units. The supervisor of the project returned and removed all the equipment and straightened up, as well. I can say a big THUMBS UP to SERVE PRO of Piscataway. Last note the reason they have so many 5 Star reviews.

Had an unexpected flood in our finished basement 3 days before Christmas.
