When my parents had a large water leak, ServPro was on the job next day. Given both of my parents suffer from medical issues, the Project Manager and his team were super accommodating and took every step to minimize impacts while doing a tremendous job in getting things packed, moved and stored while demo and clean up was under way. Can’t say enough about the professionalism and level of service!!!

This was the second time I used ServPro of Piscataway. The first time I had an issue with the piping leaking going to the sump pump and this time, the sump pump died and the battery backup died, too. ServPro salvaged what they could, put in new boxes and threw out the rest. They powerwashed the concrete floor, disinfected it, then put 6 fans down overnight to dry it. When I am ready to put the salvaged items back in the basement, they will put them back down. I appreciate them working with me, as I had just had a knee replacement and could not go down the stairs. Thank you so much ServPro!

Last week we had a problem where our washing machine’s drain hose came out of the drain and was spewing water all over our second floor. The wateralso ran down into our basement so we had a flood in our basement and the second floor.

The first thing I did was turn off the water and the second thing I did was to call ServPro of Piscataway. Their customer service reps answered the phone promptly and were very helpful In setting up the service call. They booked the job and the team leader called me shortly there after to get a better understanding of the job.

The team arrived a little later and started by extracting some water and removed the ruin carpet. The technicians even noticed the water had gone into another room that we weren’t aware of. They brought in dehumidifiers and fans to make sure everything was dried out properly.

All in all, the servPro team made a stressful situation much more bearable and prevented the water from doing more damage.

I would strongly recommend ServPro of Piscataway if you have a water loss.

My experience with Serv Pro was top notch. Each staff I encountered was pleasant, able to answer my questions and eager to assist. Their scheduling for services was fast, they were efficient and did an excellent job. Thank you to all the great staff at ServPro.

We returned from vacation and walked into a flood as our water heater broke. We initially called in another company to help us, but they were absolutely horrific.

Feeling so defeated, I did some research and found Servpro of Piscataway. Frank answered the phone and was caring, supportive, and eager to help. He shared that he would send a team out to support our family.

Servpro of Piscataway jumped right in and addressed the drying out of the home, asbestos removal, and all of the repairs so that my family could return back to some normalcy.

In all, Servpro is simply AMAZING. Frank, Chris, Michael, Wesley, E, Max, other team members, and DEBBIE (she held my hand every step of the way and kept me sane) are exactly what you need if you ever require support. I will never forget their kindness, honesty, and commitment to my family.

Extremely disappointed. We had a water main leak they came out yesterday and said they would be here today to contain and clean the closet space and basement. More than 24h later they came and they DID NOT put a containment barrier AROUND THE WORKPACE. They ripped up an old tiled wet floor took out wet sheet rock wet insulation etc use drills and grinders all without any containment barrier to the rest of my home. Our home is open concept they were work 15ft from our living spaces. We are all complaining of sore throats itchy skin and coughing . We attempted to call the manager multiple times no answer had to call the insurance adjuster to get a response. We have air purifiers in the home that gives environmental readings that are now off the charts alerting us of poor air quality. I would not recommend them they are completely unprofessional untrained and do not follow documented industry standards. UPDATE: the manager reached out and apologized for the lack of industry protocol, blamed it on the “young” workers. They offered to dust my home. The entire house has carpet. They are not cleaning the carpet nor will pay for air quality testing after they contaminated our home. . So now that will be an added expense in our part. Know your rights and thankfully we have in home cameras that recorded the events we will get our own independent test results. Be careful using them. Know the protocols and ensure your safety because they are not a reliable service sorry to say

We are so happy with the work that was done on our home replacing a floor in our dining room and hall way. The workers on time very clean once they were done and Debbie deserves a medal for all her hard work and always checking to make sure the work was done properly and correctly. We would lightly recommend you company to others

UPDATE 8/7/25

SERVPRO was here for another water issue - this time in my upstairs bathroom! Chris came out to investigate the cause of the leak and he opened up the wall to allow a plumber to gain access. They recommended an incredible plumber and I was pleased with that repair.

Debbie, once again, was extremely thorough in explaining what would be done in order for them to complete the repair. Her estimate is very detailed so there are no surprises. She is also terrific at reassuring the homeowner that everything will be taken care of to their satisfaction.

After the leaking pipe was fixed, Max and Paco arrived to re-sheetrock, spackle, sand, paint, regrout and install my new vanity.
They worked tirelessly and expertly. They were very professional in carefully executing each step of the process. I could not even tell where the sheetrock had been replaced!

Base cove tiles had to be cut in order to accommodate the slightly wider vanity. After the new vanity was put in place, they installed a new faucet. These guys know how to do EVERYTHING!

Please do not hesitate to call SERVPRO of Piscataway. I am beyond pleased with the quality of their work and their work ethic. They have an incredible team and they take care of you like you are family!

I would give SERVPRO 10 stars if I could!

After doing an expert job at mold remediation in my basement several months ago, I called them asking for a suggestion for replacement flooring. Debbie came to my home to assess the area. I told her what my requirements were. She gave me several wonderful suggestions and left samples. No pressure, no stress.

After making my decision, Max and Milton came out to do the work. They did an incredible job on the flooring and also did some additional sheetrock repairs and painting. They worked neatly and with great care.

I am beyond happy with the end result. My basement kitchen and bathroom started out as a disaster, and are now worthy of a feature in a home improvement magazine.

SERVPRO made this such a pleasant experience. I plan to call them in the future for additional work.

I recently experienced some major water damage due to leak in my second floor bathroom...my insurance company sent rainbow international to do the cleanup...Darin and Verna were dealing with the cleanup and they did an amazing job...my contents were inventoried by Cynthia and Ryan and they were so helpful in explaining the process and they paid such attention to detail on things I would have definitely overlooked... and all of the contents of my house were packed and shipped under the supervision of Bruce who was unbelievable respectful to all of my property...From start to finish dealing with all of the Rainbow International staff was very easy and I would highly recommend them...
