I had a problem with my attic - mold, old insulation. I called Servpro of Piscataway to resolve my problems - I heard from my friend that they are the best. And this is true. They are very professional, knowledgeable. Passion, motivation, empathy - very impressive service. They were thinking outside the box, they were thinking very creatively and they didn't stop until problem is resolved. Their hard work deserves commendation. They cleaned whole attic, remove old insulation, sealed all drafts and installed new in two days. Very impressive.

Unfortunately we had a mold issue which required tearing up all the flooring on the first floor of our home. This was not a simple task due to the floor glued to the concrete slab and management of the clean up. Serv Pro and Debbie H., who managed the project, was excellent. She was forthright, honest, fair, was a wonderful communicator, managed our expectations and the challenges of the project. The crew that did the work were amazing, very hard workers.

Issues that arose during the project were well managed and because of the good communication, there were no surprises. Should we require remediation services again we would immediately call Debbie H at Serv Pro of Piscataway. Highly recommend.

Debbie and her Servepro team were super responsive from the start, coming to our water damaged townhouse with an hour of our call. Through the clean up and restoration they were continuously in touch, keeping us informed of the progress of the work they were doing. Our kitchen faucet leaked into our family room on a Sunday morning and ruined our floor. After reading the Google reviews for this company I gave them a call, and I'm so glad I did. They had Chris at my home in a few hours to assess the situation and get the clean up started. He explained the whole process patiently and professionally, and he scheduled Mike to come the next day. Mike was also amazing to work with. Unfortunately, our den floor had to be replaced and Jameel and his crew were here on Tuesday to rip out the floor. They protected the rest of the house from dust by putting up plastic, and they had the job done in a few hours. There were a few things that needed following up, and Mike was back the next day to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. They also filed all of the paperwork for my insurance company, and I had the money to replace the floor in a few days. I can confidently recommend this company!

We had a small house fire that was contained to one room thankfully. ServPro has been top notch with their services and have made this crisis a bit more bearable. Chris Weber is excellent to deal with and very responsive. Michael and his team (cleanup and removal) is top notch. He was friendly from the minute he got here, very reassuring, and extremely thorough in their work. I used ServPro of Piscataway this week after a leaking pipe under my sink led to floor damage and caused mold growth behind my cabinets. Debbie was a pleasure to work with from the outset and she and Frank were very friendly and helpful when they came to look at the damage. They clearly explained the insurance process and took a lot of the stress out of a highly stressful situation. Chris worked quickly and efficiently to dismantle the kitchen and remove the mold, and Michael performed an excellent cleanup this afternoon. All the people I dealt with were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They always showed up exactly when they said they would. I live in a first floor condo. I had water damage in my Laundry Room and Kitchen due to the overflowing of the tenant's washing machine above me. Within a few hours after filing a claim with my insurance, SERVPRO arrived to begin the cleanup, followed by insulation, replacement of drywalls, and painting of the walls and ceiling in the impacted room! ! Everything was done professionally and respectfully in a 2 week period. The mitigation and repair crews were outstanding and gave me a high level of comfort during this trying experience! I had a water issue in my basement that needed the flooring to be taken apart. After that, they also found out that there was asbestos tiles that also needed to be taken apart. As you can see, it was a big mess which equals a big job. SERVPRO did an amazing job with every step of the way. Mike, Jamyll, Michael, Chris, Steve and every other person that came to help were great at everything that they did. They were all very professional, polite, and just a good group of guys. From start to finish, my experience with this company was flawless. The manager, Debbie Hagel worked with my insurance company to complete all the paperwork and saved me so much time! She answered all my questions (believe me, there were many!) and always called me back within a day.

Debbie helped me choose replacement materials and guided me towards specific flooring that could better withstand flooding in the future. She was patient when I needed a bit of time to make color choices, but sent out her team immediately as soon as I was ready.

The quality of the work was also outstanding. While it is never a pleasant experience to have your home flooded, I am so grateful that the process was smooth and the final result is beautiful.

I reached out to ServPro of Piscataway when I had minor basement flooding. I was impressed to get a quick return call from Debbie (GM) to schedule the appointment. She actually came out within 30 mins to assess the situation herself! I was impressed and confident from the start because of the professional way she spoke and the courtesy she gave me as a new customer.
