Initial work was great, but pray there is no other problem or you will never see them again.

We had hired Carlos Heating & Air Conditioning as our AC unit had stopped working, and we wanted the central air to work throughout our house. The initial work was great, which is why we are giving 2 stars. However, whether this was required under our contract or not, we wanted AC throughout our entire house. We paid our thousands of dollars, and they replaced our AC unit and added a new thermostat. They did an excellent job! However, we quickly realized that there was no air being blown to half of our house. This is when the run around started which ended in a threat. We would have paid whatever extra fee it was to have the additional problem resolved, if it was out of contract. However, we wanted to stick with the same contractor since they did the initial work. After multiple phone calls from early July throughout summer, we were always told they are too busy to come out. We waited until early November when we assumed things had settled down for them. Upon calling again, we said that we had called several times during the summer and we understand that you were busy. We are trying to get you before you get busy again with winter coming, to which the reply was “I remember you calling. I’m already busy”. I replied that I was trying to keep this friendly but this has been going on for months, and I do not want to have to possibly get counsel involved. Could they please make time to squeeze us in soon? The reply was a threat: “This work was not under our contract. You do not want to make me angry.” After the threat, he then said he would try to call us the upcoming weekend if he had time, and, as predicted, never called. We decided we did not want the headache of trying to chase them down anymore (nor did I trust someone in my home that had threatened me), and have since resolved the problem by other means.

Carlos and his crew were amazing. They are very hard workers, on time, and diligent. He gave us a great price for a big job and we could not be happier with the final product

Carlos was very responsive from the very beginning, squeezed us in within hours of AC going down on a hot day, he came as promised. Carlos checked the entire unit and replaced the parts needed to get the AC running just in time for a good night sleep. Thank you Carlos for taking good care of us.

Carlos was great! He fit me in between appointments. Was without AC for almost a week and it was difficult getting a contractor. Turns out, he's also a Trane specialist and I have a Trane compressor. He had it up and running in under 10 minutes and the price was reasonable. Plan on using Carlos in the future on my HVAC system.

Carlos is very responsive. My entire unit went bad in the middle of a heatwave. Carlos was able to come, assess the situation , order a new unit and install within 24 hours! He explains everything very well and is very reasonable on price. You can feel like you can really trust him!

Called for a checkup of our AC because it was making a noise. They returned my call promptly, were able to come the same day and replace the motor on the unit. It was on the verge of burning out, you could smell it. Carlos was friendly, explained the work, the cost and the timeframe. My air conditioner unit went bad in the middle of the heatwave. Carlos came and assessed the condition of the entire unit which it is air conditioner in the summer and heating system for winter. Since the AC needed immediate replacement and the furnace looked kind of old and weak, I asked him to replace the furnace as well. He and his team got the units and within two days I had the entire new units working. His price is reasonable and uses good material. I had already tried two more companies that told me I had to wait a week because they were too busy. Another thing, his employees are very respectful, work diligently, and on time. Carlos works and supervises the job very closely. They are bilingual. (Se los recomiendo sin reservas ninguna. Si eres hispano y necesitas que te expliquen en espanol tratalos, no te arrepentiras!)

I would forever use Carlos Heating & Air Conditioning for all my future air condition/heating/plumbing needs. He was great and his team was excellent.
