I recently had a full sidewalk replacement, including the driveway apron, and a new sidewalk to the backyard completed by E Andre. The crew was great, the work was great, the pricing was great. Very professional crew that operated like they’ve been doing it forever. Everything was cleaned up and areas that were disturbed during work were repaired. The team seemed to very much care about the quality of the work and it really showed. I can’t say enough good things about this contractor and would definitely use again.

I recently inherited my childhood home and came to the stunning realization the it was falling down around me. SPE was recommended to me and I’m so thankful I invited Wagner and Patrick into my home. From the initial proposal to the final clean they were professional and really listened to what I wanted. They Transformed my house into something that exceeded my expectations.

They made my front stoop into an amazing extended porch with a gate so my dogs could enjoy outside time out front with me. They then replace the sidewalk surrounding my entire house and extended my back patio. They converted my old shambles of a back porch into a beautiful sunroom. They even extended my central air so this room is a fully incorporated addition and now a formal dinning room. My garage was near collapse and they reinforced it then converted it to my luxury spa bathroom. Everything custom built to my specifications. It’s so unique and just for me. Turns out I’m terrible at picking tile and patterns. Patrick was clutch. He designed a bathroom I never could have envisioned but couldn’t love it more. I just gave a general color scheme and layout and received a masterpiece. Since my garage was now a bathroom. They build a tiny home size shed in the backyard to hold my treasures. They raised it on pillars to prevent flooding and custom built shelves. They rebuilt a badly damaged wall in the back of my house as well as the small third bathroom. It all had extensive water damage. They even brought in welders to repair my ventilation system that collapsed under the house in the crawl space. My house managed to need every type of repair and they met it all in stride. It was extensive work but so well done and extremely affordable. And yes. That’s wrapping paper on the windows. When it was done they wrapped the bathroom as a gift. A cute birthday surprise. For many, renovations can be a nightmare. For me it was a pleasure. Thank you SPE Contracting

Patrik was very informative in explaining his plan to fix the exterior foundation of our home, which had multiple cracks, and many of them as far down as the cinderblock foundation. It needed to have the affected areas cleaned up and repaired with concrete and plaster, and then coated with a waterproof coat of adhesive black paint. The job was done promptly after getting together with me for the estimate, and total time was about a week. He and his fellow worker cleaned up the area completely after the job was finished. I highly recommend him for his fine work.
