Carlos and his crew installed a new AC unit for me. My house was built in the 50's so I was skeptical that they could run duct work through the two levels. Not only was it possible, they did an amazing job. His crew is disciplined, efficient, and most important, clean. I am glad I ran into them and would recommend them any day. His work is good and prices are fair.

About two weeks ago I was left without any heat in the middle of the winter. The HVAC system was 30 years old and I was told that nobody is able to fix it, so I decided to just change it completely. Went on Home Advisor and requested quotes. After a full day of meeting interesting people and receiving quotes, I was unable to make a decision. Second day, after a night of 32 F in the house trying to stay warm with spot heaters, I was ready to pay anything to just get it fixed or changed. It was than when I spoke to one of my friends and he told me to reach out to a guy that might be able to help. I already had 5 quotes (all over 14K for mid range systems), but I decided to give it a shot. That was when I reached out to Carlos, he came out, fixed my old system, and recommended to change the system as it was from 1989. We sat down and looked at his offer, he was offering top line high efficiency systems (Trane) with all bells and whistles (from a smart thermostat to humidifier and all new pipes) for considerable lower than the rest. I was shocked and still skeptic, but he was coming highly recommended by my fried. Since he already had fixed my old furnace, I did not need anything fast so I went with him. Two days later he came back with the system and the fist day the new furnace was installed, than the second day the AC unit. they were very clean (if they would finish one area they would immediately sweep) and respectful. I had really great experience, received a fair price and professional work. Many people said to me: "yes but you cannot trust a fly by night company because they will be out of business any day so any warranty they offer will be void ". I spoke to Carlos and he's been in busyness for 17 years and he never needed to do any marketing, he just goes by word of mouth and he get plenty of referrals to keep him busy. He also offered me the standard 10 manufacturer warranty + 2 year on labor. All being said, I got more than I ever wanted to get for a great price. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

My elderly mother is on oxygen 24/7, her AC system was failing during a recent warm spell. We called Carlos and he had someone there very quickly to help alleviate the issue. His team was courteous, professional and reasonably priced. He took care of everything and followed up afterwards to make sure things were going well and to see if there were any questions. We'll use him again in the future and will recommend him to everyone.

I recommend Carlos and his team 100%. Carlos did a terrific job fixing my furnace before I had no heat in the cold winter months. He identified two other potential issues that could have been a problem for me for a fraction of the price I was being charged by AJ Perri. His team was prompt, professional and did a top-notch job. As a matter of fact, they did such an incredible job, I hired them again the following week to fix the heat in the basement that wasn't working for years. I had complete trust in them.

I highly recommend Carlos and his team for all of our heating & air conditioning needs. We had them install a second air conditioning unit for our upstairs to accommodate our bedroom and nursery. The team worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned up nice every day, and were very friendly workers. Fair prices and very professional!

Had a unit installed in June of 2023 along with a attic fan. The same year in August, I noticed water leaking from the fan and told Carlos. He was not responsive to address the issue. I also told him about the unit not cooling as efficiently as it should be. He did not come to take a look. The season passes and I called him again in June of 2025 before my warranty expires to come take a look. He states he will call me back to arrange a time to come. A week passes by and he does not show. I called him and he comes after my warranty expires. The said he topped off my unit with a pound of refrigerant and states it needs a booster but its not leaking. How is that possible. A 2 year old unit lost a pound of refrigerant and it's not leaking? Who are you kidding. He was adamant about it not leaking refrigerant. If thats the case then where did the refrigerant go? Its a sealed system. Then he said he does not see the leak from the attic fan and he added more silicone. Ofcourse you dont see the leak, thats because its not raining. What about the video and pics that I sent showing you the leak?! He had no answer. So he tried to charge us 170 for the refrigerant, nothing for the attic fan. I was shocked and had to debate with him that this issue is 2 years old and that he didnt come when I still did have the warranty. Then he said no charge and left. Really shady business. I will not deal with them again, nor will I recommend.

Called Carlos with an emergency repair and he came same day and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Professional and kind. Would call him again if heating or air conditioning had a problem.
