Found Ad for this company and happy that i did. Great family owned business , very personable and just a upstanding guy. I did alot of research on pricing and had other companies out here too. He goes over everything with you so you hold an understanding and he looks out for you as the home owner. All these other companies came in with pricing that seemed way to high and alot of them seemed agitated with the amount of questions i had. I was feeling pressured with 2 of the other companies but when you speak with Alex he makes you feel comfortable and you can see that he is Genuine. Overall Great company and recommend you use them. Very Honest Man!! Thank - You Alex for your honesty and am grateful for the money you saved me. I had another company that was a few hours into work that needed to be done but my instincts were telling me something wasnt right. I called Air By Alex for a 2nd opinion and had been informed that the work that was being started was not accurate assessment. I needed some things replaced but not what was stated by the other company. Very satisfied with Alex and his crew that came in and did an outstanding job!!!

I found Air by Alex when our heater stopped working, he was very patient and professional. He provided me advice over the phone for us to make sure the thermostat is working properly without have to come by. Very kind man, would definitely refer him for all heating and cooling issues!

Called several HVAC companies to come out and give Estimates on work i needed done in my home. I also wanted to see what each company represented and see the knowledge they held. I must say Alex is very knowledgeable drafting plans , very impressed that he holds the ability to draft like an architect. I needed things to be precise due to me changing the entire lay out of where ducts , vents and basically entire system needed to be installed. He answered any and all questions i had and i already knew the answers to but it was my test to know if i was in the right hands.

This is the second time I used Alex. One time to do "make up air" for a new hood I put in, and now because my compressor stopped working. He is extremely knowledgeable and has extremely fair pricing. Highly recommend!

We found out our A/C wasn’t working at 39 weeks pregnant. When we called Alex, he came to our house right away and made sure to fix everything before baby comes. It is rare to find contractors like Alex who care and want the best for you. He was super responsive and finished everything in 1 day.

They stayed late to make sure everything was working well and dialed in before they left the job. Will use Alex and his guys again when I need to do my second system.

Initial work was great, but pray there is no other problem or you will never see them again.

We had hired Carlos Heating & Air Conditioning as our AC unit had stopped working, and we wanted the central air to work throughout our house. The initial work was great, which is why we are giving 2 stars. However, whether this was required under our contract or not, we wanted AC throughout our entire house. We paid our thousands of dollars, and they replaced our AC unit and added a new thermostat. They did an excellent job! However, we quickly realized that there was no air being blown to half of our house. This is when the run around started which ended in a threat. We would have paid whatever extra fee it was to have the additional problem resolved, if it was out of contract. However, we wanted to stick with the same contractor since they did the initial work. After multiple phone calls from early July throughout summer, we were always told they are too busy to come out. We waited until early November when we assumed things had settled down for them. Upon calling again, we said that we had called several times during the summer and we understand that you were busy. We are trying to get you before you get busy again with winter coming, to which the reply was “I remember you calling. I’m already busy”. I replied that I was trying to keep this friendly but this has been going on for months, and I do not want to have to possibly get counsel involved. Could they please make time to squeeze us in soon? The reply was a threat: “This work was not under our contract. You do not want to make me angry.” After the threat, he then said he would try to call us the upcoming weekend if he had time, and, as predicted, never called. We decided we did not want the headache of trying to chase them down anymore (nor did I trust someone in my home that had threatened me), and have since resolved the problem by other means.

Aside from the professional behavior and capability to answer any and all questions we had for him, his staff was equally impressive and the work they did on our air conditioner was better than we could have hoped.
