Working with Sherwood was one of our best experiences. Start to finish the project was completely stress free. Austin took my badly explained vision and turned it into my dream come true! His team worked tirelessly (in 95+ degree temps) and professionally, keeping the project on time. The result is beautiful and better than imagined. It is what about this time last year that we started working with Sherwood on our backyard refresh. It needed quite a bit of updating. All I can say is that from concept drawings to completion, they were absolutely fantastic. Austin listened to everything we were looking to complete and asked all the right questions to help us develop a final design. The crew that worked the job were extremely skilled and I cannot say how great the outcome was for us. I highly recommend Sherwood and have future plans that I will be bringing them back to complete as well.

The whole team at Sherwood were amazing. They took a run-down lawn and garden and turned it into a patio/walkways that could be the showpiece of any magazine. Our project started with a visit from Austin who listened intently to what we wanted to achieve. He followed up with a very good computer graphic design that helped us all envision the plan and begin the project.

The construction team was exceptional…true professionals. They showed up every day and went to work. They are exceptional craftsmen. It was amazing to watch the backyard transformation and the attention to detail they put into every aspect of the job. I was also very pleased with the amount of flexibility they allowed for in the job. With large projects, changes are inevitable once the project starts. Every member of Sherwood team was focused on our satisfaction first and foremost. Whenever we saw a need to tweak the project, Austin was readily accessible to help us figure out a solution that was practical and economical.

Our experience was exceptional. Sherwood is an exceptional family run business. Before the hardscape renovation, visitors left our house when the sun went down. Now, they don’t leave until the sun comes up :-) I would give Sherwood 6 stars if Google allowed.

Our project actually took over a year from my first meeting with Sherwood to completion (delay due to other contractors not Sherwood). We had a large outdoor renovation project from siding, deck, to pavers and the Sherwood team was easy to reach and coordinate with throughout.
I love that I had 1 direct contact to talk/text and no office staff to deal with. It is a family run business and you can tell Austin cares about his customers.
We made multiple additions and edits during the course of the project and Austin was incredible throughout. He handled everything with patience and professionalism. The final product looks stunning and the leveling work is phenomenal. My husband called them magicians for their drainage work. The rain water drains beautifully away from the house and around the pool.
Another huge example of their professionalism is the aftercare. When a plumbing issue required two pavers to be dug up, Sherwood came back and fixed everything without an issue.
I spoke with 5 companies and received renderings from 3. Sherwood's pricing was mid range. I decided to go with them from other positive reviews online and I am glad I did. Sherwood was truly a pleasure to work with.
