Recently, (last week) Michael did a complete re-do of our 30 year
existing landscape and we could not be happier with the results.
Mike was very easy to work with, making good suggestions and quickly responding to phone calls and emails answering all of our questions. His friendly and exceptionally hard working six man crew completed our project in less than two days removing over three dump trucks of old landscaping and installing over 70 plants.
Michael's Landscape Design provided us with a great service at a
reasonable cost and we will enthusiastically recommend Mike to our friends and neighbors.

Mike and his crew were very nice and patient with the planning process. When it comes to getting the work done he was efficient and quick. They even used the extra mulch they had on other parts of our property that needed it and made it look beautiful. When we needed suggestions he gave it willing. We would definitely recommend him and his crew to friends and family.

Great communication and reasonable pricing. Crew was respectful and cleaned up area after job was completed.
Work completed was yard grading and drains installed and repair front porch with paver. Both jobs were completed quickly in 1 day and all looks great!

Mike the owner was in contact with me through out the whole process start to finish, and even after to check in and ask about the plants. Mike is very responsive, straight forward, and a friendly guy, as we're all his workers. Mike is very knowledgeable about patios and retaining walls, and he and his team works efficiently to complete the job quickly but through high-quality workmanship, which is a breath of fresh air. He did beautiful work, and I highly recommend him. I will update this post with photos soon.

Mike and his crew installed a French Drain between my deck and inground pool concrete deck. The pipes had to be installed under two sets of steps coming off the deck. Mike is the only contractor that said he could do it with out removing the steps. I was skeptical. Sure enough I watched as they did just that. The work was done in a timely fashion and very professional. His crew is very friendly and answered any questions I had. When the work was completed the cleanup was great. The only evidence that they were even here is the grate for the french drain basin in my yard. Completely Satisfied Customer

Had Michaels come out to remove an existing pond and a stoned in area to replace with a paver patio. Couldn’t be happier with the work done and my yard feels so much bigger now. These guys work hard and know what they’re doing. Had a hard time finding someone to do this work with some guys no showing and others who wanted twice the cost. Save yourself the time and give these guys a call.

We have know Mike for years - he does our snow removal. We didn't realize he had a landscaping business, so when our brick front steps nearly fell apart, Mike gave us a reasonable quote. His work crew was here right on time, and they didn't leave until the job was finished that same day!! His amazing crew worked so hard in awful heat, and the finished product is beautiful. We just wish we had done it sooner.

Before deciding on a contractor to replace a deck and patio I received several estimates. No one else was as reasonable or as professional as Mike. The weather did not cooperate with the originally planned begin date and Mike apologized several times. It was not his fault the rain would not let up. The team finished today and I could not be happier. Kudos to Mike who is a great businessman, kudos to Carlos the job foreman who works alongside the rest of the team gently guiding them when he sees the need and kudos to the whole team for making my dream backyard come true. The team is amazing, hard working, detail oriented, professional and friendly. I have already recommended Michael’s Landscape Design to several people.

Michael (owner) was a pleasure to work with! From day one he was Thorough with the estimate process and quick to respond to emails. The team on-site was excellent, respectful and cleaned up at the end of the day. Michael reviewed everything with me afterwords and followed up to check on my sod and seed. I am so happy with the way our yard turned out and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for sod installation !! Our yard looks fabulous !!

I had a number of options for my landscape work, but wound up choosing Mike because I liked that he was a “one job at a time” contractor that closely supervised each job. He has a single crew of very hard-working people, each one a craftsman that knows their job. Mike’s job foreman, Carlos, met with Mike every morning to review the work that was to be done that day and I was always impressed with how much they got done. Mike also has a great knowledge of appropriate plants, flowers and shrubs, which I think complimented well the foundation areas and the hardscaping. I’m very pleased with the result and because of their concentration on my job, it was completed in about 3 weeks instead of 2 months (which I had been told by others to expect). I highly recommend Michael’s Landscape Design.

Thanks for squeezing me in Mike! I know it was tough.

Our backyard was very uneven and had a few holes in it. There were many bare spots and it obviously got muddy when it rained. We just wanted to level it out and clean it up a little before our sons backyard birthday party. But Mike and his team came out and did more than that.

They improved the overall look and functionality of the backyard. They leveled the yard and installed sod. They put playground mulch under the play set, which I like a lot better than the grass or mud. It looks much better and provides a soft surface.

I couldn't believe how fast they got the job done. They were in and out in less than a day. They were professional and courteous. They didn't leave until the area was clean. And Mike made sure to educate me on how to take care of the sod to ensure it stays nice.

I highly recommend Michaels Landscaping to anyone looking for a competent and efficient team.

I recently moved into a new home that had been vacant for several months. The landscaping was ridiculously overgrown in both the front and back yards. Calling Michael’s landscaping was the absolute best decision I could have made.  He and his team were very professional, extremely knowledgeable, polite, willing to go the extra mile, and are true experts at everything when it comes to landscaping. Michael took the time to explain everything to me from beginning to end.  He made suggestions and explained why some plants would work better than others. He gave me explicit instructions on how to care for everything and offered guidance if I had questions going forward.  His team is very efficient, clean, and fast to get the job done.  Michael and his team were a true pleasure to work with, and I would recommend them over and over again. It’s not very common these days to find a business owner and his team who are not only so easy to work with, but the level of service provided was off the charts.  Thank you to Michael and his amazing team at Michael’s Landscaping for a job well done.

They installed driveway apron pavers to widen my driveway by two feet on each side. The install was fast and professional with attention paid to the details. Mike and his crew were very knowledgeable and answered my questions as the installation progressed. I would highly recommend them for this type of work. I'm very pleased with the finished product at a fair price and will use them again to extend my patio when the time comes.

Mike and his crew came out to install new drainage and a paver patio in our yard. Team was very good and Mike was willing to make some adjustments to the patio design on the first day. Super pleased with the yard and finally have a relaxing space.

We gave Mike a seemingly impossible deadline and he exceeded our expectations. We wanted to have a backyard wedding this fall but with material shortages and delays, we weren’t hopeful that we would be able to put in a new patio before the big day. Mike assured me that they would be there and the patio would be in, and he absolutely delivered.

Our new patio is stunning but what I really appreciated about Mike and his team was the way they considered our whole property, not just the patio. We never felt as if they were just there to do a job and leave. Every detail was considered from the plants we already had in the yard to ensuring that the materials they chose would best preserve the character of our home. They took time to think about the space we had and made suggestions about what might work best (and they were right). They dug out and re-planted shrubs that I had given up on and exiled to the back of our yard. He saw their potential and carefully incorporated them into our space so that they look as if they were meant to be there all along. He also found a rose bush that had been neglected and was almost completely buried in weeds. It is now living much happier alongside the patio in beautifully dug beds. We are so grateful to Mike and his incredible team. Highly recommended, super easy to work with, and we are looking forward to working with them again.

Michael's Landscape Design recently helped to give my backyard alittle tune up. They were hired to redo one landscape bed that was destroyed by a bad winter and overgrown with wrong plants. They also added an EP Henry stone border, and a nice stone entry by my gate. Along with trimming all the established plants, and mulching, owner Michael Kent and his crew were amazing! Right from the first 5 minutes of talking with Mike during his first visit to my house, I knew he was the one for this job and now all future landscape jobs that I need. Mike and his crew were extremely professional, neat, and very meticulous with every aspect of the job. They walked me through every step of the way and even invited me outside to approve plant layouts, and to make sure I was completely satisfied with what was being done. By far the best Landscape company I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Even though my project was a small one day job, they treated me like it was a million dollar project. It was sincerely a truly positive experience dealing with Michael’s landscape design. He listened to what I wanted and worked with me to accomplish my vision. We had a pool installed in June and he was able to help me make it the beautiful polished oasis we had been dreaming of. His prices were fair. His employees were respectful and efficient. I can’t wait to start phase 2 of our landscaping redesign with Michael’s in 2026!

Mike and his team did a fantastic job with the paver patio. He was very professional and walked me through the entire process of the install. He is very knowledgeable and creative on design and layout to fit your personal situation. His pricing is competitive to the area. I will say, his team was quick and accurate with the job. They were able to finish a 12x17 cobble stone paver patio in less than 8 hours. My wife and I are very happy with the work and we will be using him and his team on the next project.
