I needed help with wool, woven, and antique Pakistani rug cleaning. They offered a free estimate and came to inspect the rugs thoroughly. The technician explained everything clearly, including the rug cleaning process, timing, and care instructions. After agreeing to the quote, they moved all furniture and transported the rugs. They brought them back after 8 days and helped place them exactly as I asked. Every rug came back looking fresh and revived. Their service exceeded my expectations in every way.

I was a little nervous about sending my rug out, but it turned out to be a good decision. The rug came back clean, fresh, and in good condition. It didn’t feel stiff or smell strong, which I appreciated. Overall, it was an easy process and the rug looks much nicer now.

They cleaned the ventilation system , removed the filter,
promised to come next day and change it, but never came... Not professional.

We had ACS come and clean our HVC ducts. They did an amazing job, and the whole team was extremely professional.

Very unprofessional. I had called months in advance for a dry vent line cleaning. They called me a day before my appointment date and asked if I was able to get my vent line cleaned then because they were in the area. I told them I was at work and unable to but would be available the next day, which was the original appointed date. They told me ok we will see you tomorrow. The following day they never showed up nor did they contact me. I tried calling them multiple times and they ignored my calls.

Extremely unprofessional. They broke my gas fireplace and refused to come and even take a look. It worked perfectly all year before their "cleaning" and now does not stay on for more than 5 minutes. Owner on the phone refused to acknowledge the possibility of his guys doing anything wrong. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
