Aqua Clean Power Washing LLC provides exceptional and superior customer service. Ray is highly organized and meticulous in his work and did an outstanding job in power washing the vinyl siding on my house and the aluminum gutters, as well as the vinyl floor covering in my garage. In addition, he also did an excellent job in washing all the windows. I would highly recommend Ray and his company. He’s honest, extremely hardworking and proud of his work, which shows in the finished product. His workmanship is extremely difficult to find these days and I rate his business 5 Stars!

Ray was a consummate professional who you can tell takes pride in his work and believes in doing things the right way. He gave a very thorough evaluation about what he needed to do, and then exceeded all of my expectations about how the patio would look after it was cleaned.

Ray did a fabulous job restoring our bluestone patio to look like new. Many people who power wash are too aggressive and it can etch the stone but Ray understands how to carefully remove stains while protecting the stone. He is also friendly, professional and was very accommodating working within my challenging schedule. Highly recommend!

Our siding was faded but the siding company wouldn't honor the warranty - they "cleaned" a sample and sent it back to us. Somehow they had applied a cleaning product that appeared to bring the color back. We asked Ray if he could restore our siding. He researched products and then came over and tested them before even asking for a deposit. He wanted to make sure that he would be able to bring the color back. As you can see by the photos he was able to bring the color back to match the original siding. We always try to work with business owners who have integrity and who take pride in the work they do. We found this is Ray and Aqua Clean Power Washing!

I was very pleased with the work performed on cleaning the bricks and sidewalk in my yard. Ray's expertise had my yard sparkling once again. He is adevoted and hard-working and finished the job in record time. I highly recommend him and wouldn't hesitate referring him.

Ray from Aqua Clean recently performed a whole house gentle wash of my home and patio. I am so happy with the outcome! Ray from Aqua Clean Power Washing did a spectacular job washing our siding & windows. He was highly thorough in explaining his process during our estimate/consultation. We liked that he actually took the time to examine our property and needs before giving an estimate.

He explained his process was actually a soft wash which was better for our siding. The results made our house and siding look like it was brand new. He even took the care to have us check if the paint on our front door was organic to avoid any streaking on it.

Our house had some mildew or mold on the northern facing side and some bird bombardments on the southern facing side. Ray even deduced that the bird mess was most likely from a seagull and adjusted the treatment in that area to account for this.

We actually received a significantly cheaper estimate from a different company but they weren't nearly as thorough as Ray in assessing our house and they made no mention of using soft wash to clean and protect our siding. We felt that the quality of Ray's services warranted his price and I'm confident we made made the right choice.

Hey even gave me some great pointers on maintaining our siding's appearance after he'd finished his treatment. For all this level of service I think his price was actually great. I'm extremely pleased with the professionalism and excellent results of this company's services.

I had been using this company since last year for gutter cleaning, Jose did a wonderful job, not only clean the gutters, make sure the downspout is clean, also check the underground drainage. He found a broken underground pipe for me and install new PVC pipe per my request. Overall very happy with the service, price also reasonable. I will definitely recommend to my friends. My gutters have been clogged for quite some time, but I wanted to clear them since my garage started getting water after every storm. When an incoming storm was approaching, I contacted JAM and they came same day. They did a rush cleaning for me and continued working to complete even when it started pouring. Jose and partner did a wonderful job. I will definitely be contacting them in the near future for this and other jobs.

Jose' and his helper did a fantastic job cleaning my windows and screens.
He unclogged and cleaned by gutters, like new. I have Gutter Helmet installed over 25 years ago and they needed to be cleaned. It was not a problem for them to clean them.
Their pricing was much lower than the big name gutter cleaners.
They are my go to cleaning service.
