Ray is extremely thorough and dependable. I have had him to our home for his services twice and both times have been wonderful. He assessed each job thoroughly and pointed out things I never noticed. He always kept me updated as far as the weather and when my work could be done. He is very particular, neat and professional as well as very responsible with what he needs to do to protect my property and the runoff from affecting the environment. The first time we had Ray clean the moss and lichen from our roof as well as some mold on the siding on the shady side of our house .
The results were amazing and our house no longer looked unkept but new and clean....a huge difference. Now when I see other homes with that problem I can’t believe the difference it makes!
This past service was to wash all the siding, windows, gutters, deck & railings and front steps and walk. Our house looks brand new and it’s 22 years old.
Ray’s services are not inexpensive, but you definitely get what you pay for and it is very worth it. It’s hard work and as we get older there is no way we can do these jobs ourselves anymore and I refuse to have a home that looks neglected. It is money well spent!

Aqua Clean Power Washing did an amazing job bringing my old and lifeless brick paver patio back to life. It felt like I had a brand new patio installed after Ray finished the job. We had our entire stucco home washed, as well as, two patios, two sets of stairs, and the columns at the end of our driveway. To our knowledge this cleaning had not been done in 3-4 years so there was a lot of build up, some of which Ray did not feel would come clean. Fortunately though, Ray was able to achieve great results and the home looks as though it was just painted. It's beautiful.

I will tell you that Aqua Clean will not be the cheapest, but rest assured they know what they are doing, the arrived on time, and completed the job, to our satisfaction, in two hours less than anticipated.

We just had our house cleaned this week by AquaClean, and it was a great experience from beginning to end. Ray was very responsive, came out quickly to see the house and was very thorough in explaining his process and what we could expect after the cleaning. He gave us a very fair price to clean the windows, so we added that on as well. He showed up on time, did the work just as promised and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The house looks new!! I would recommend Rays' Aqua Clean service in a heartbeat. I received an education on the organisms growing on my home and the damage caused by weather. I found out other companies simply soap and use high power water pressure techniques, which could damage siding and roofing tiles. Ray explained what was needed, how it was to be performed, the time frame it would be completed in, and the maintenance required. I saw the care and detail Ray put into his work and now reap the rewards of a home that looks like the day I moved in (25 years ago).

The roof looks new; sidings are clean; the deck is washed & ready for my next project: painting/staining the deck. Ray did a good job. And he would even give tips/suggestions on areas around the house that might need some work. Ray talks, but also listens.

My husband and I hired Ray to clean our roof, vinyl siding and windows. From the start, we were very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and friendly demeanor. He gave us more than enough advance notice as to the day that he could come to do the job. He did quite a bit of prep work to insure that our shrubs and plants were protected and spent the better part of the day cleaning and rinsing. We were absolutely amazed with the results. Before the cleaning, our roof had dark streaks and almost looked black. Ray was able to restore the color to the original medium gray. Our house, shutters and windows now look brand new! We were so happy, that we actually had him clean our paver patio as well. We will definitely use Aqua Clean Power Washing again. Thank you, Ray!

To date, I've had the pleasuring of benefitting from Ray's outstanding service on two separate occasions.
