Constraction reviews in Tinton Falls, New Jersey

Just when you think customer service has become a thing of the past, you come upon a business such as Jackson Contracting. Randy and his wife are wonderful as they make it a point to go above and beyond whatever is necessary to accommodate the needs of their customers. I feel quite fortunate to have found such an outstanding company to deal with and will continue to do so in the future.

Randy and his crew were awesome. They did amazing work and completed the project in a very timely manner. He really helped my parents get back into their home after much destruction from a slow pipe leak. Thank you Randy and your guys for doing such a great job.

Randy did a small job for me that I needed done on short notice. He showed up on time, did the job right and was a pleasure to work with. He also charged a fair price. In fact, I was so happy with his work that I paid him more than he charged. He gets a big recommendation from me.

I was fortunate enough to be referred Randy from a colleague at work, and not only was he prompt , professional and treated my relatively small project, like it was his only focus. Randy, on multiple occasions, made it clear that regardless of the amount of work at my house, “that’s why I’m here”, going out of his way to not make me feel uneasy or the tasks were beneath him. He treated my house with utmost respect and was very easy to communicate with and above all fair.
Since my experience, I have already told all friends and family To exclusively uses His company, and we all can cross off finding our contractor off our ‘to-do’ list. I look forward to having Jackson contracting design and renovate my long overdue bathroom in the near future !!

I don’t see how this contractor has any positive reviews! I have been in the process of gut renovated my home, in stages, for the past two years and have used no less than a dozen contractors in the process. He is, BY FAR, the absolute worst contractor (business person in general) that I have ever had the displeasure of working with! His workers didn’t show up, were late, and the project deadline was protracted. I was given a different excuse every day, by either him or his wife. He had a nasty attitude AND was always asking for more money. In the 2-3 weeks that he did work, I had to pay him twice and he was requesting a third payment prior to the project completion. No way! Not only was the basement demo, cleaning and painting not complete, he left an old washer and dryer from the basement sitting in my backyard. Even though I had to wait 3-4 months for another qualified contractor to become available to finish the work, I didn’t care. I was not going to give Randy Jackson, his bad attitude, or any of his excuses, one more dime. Whatever you do, do not hire JC. You can thank me later.

We hired Randy to do interior painting of our house, replace all our closet doors and install new windows. All the work was done promptly, neatly, porfessionaly, excellently and at a reasonable price. We will definitely look to Randy whenever we need work done again.

Jackson Construction was amazing from the quote to the completion of our master bath. I appreciated the time, care and craftmanship but most of all how responsive Randy and Jolene were. I highly recommend them.

Randy did our deck and Jackson Contracting's work was amazing! They handled all the permits and were there to answer any call, question or concerns we had. It was an absolute pleasure to do business with JC and the quality of their work is top notch! Thank you for a job well done. We look forward to really enjoying our deck once the weather warms. I would highly recommend JC and they will definitely be my first call for any future home improvement jobs.

Great experience. Used on two occasions for two different jobs. One a balcony deck replacement and the other a bathroom. Fantastic work on both jobs. Great communication from start to finish. Shows up to do work when promised and staff is professional and neat. Excellent work and would highly recommend and will use again.

Thank you Jackson Contracting for bringing our vision to fruition. The work is exceptional and my wife & I love how Randy was there EVERY step of the way. Not once did we feel like we were a number. We can't wait to start our next project. If you're in need of an excellent contractor then Jackson Contracting is your team.

I had the most wonderful experience with Jackson Contracting! They came on time, when they said they would and did a beautiful job installing my window. Randy went above and beyond by going to Home Depot and getting trim for my window, cutting it to size and installing it. When the job was finished, they cleaned up and did not leave a mess. His price was more than fair and he didn’t sneak in any extra fees that other contractors would have. He exceeded my expectations. I would 100% recommend Jackson Contracting.

I want to recommend Randy Jackson and his team his team for the incredible effort and dedication they gave to getting our job completed before the 4th of July holiday and our family reunion.
Our living room ceiling needed to be cut open, reconfigured, and supported with new joists and bracing to remove and install an A/C unit, and then finished with new sheetrock, spackle, and paint.
They worked early and late through the weekend to complete our job. The ceiling looks beautiful and we are very happy.
It was a pleasure to work with Randy Jackson. He cared about our job and enabled us to have a wonderful holiday with our family!

Randy, Romeo and Jolene are absolutely fantastic to work with. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The job wasn't the largest (ceiling drywall) but Randy and his crew were punctual, efficient and neat. Randy is a true craftsman and it shows in the finished product. Every question and concern I had was promptly addressed and the pricing was more than competitive. Randy will be my go-to for all future work.

Randy did an awesome job on our family room reno. Appreciated he made sure all was good at the end of the job, including coming back to fix up a few painting misses. Very professional.

Jolene was also easy to work with and responsive.

Will use them again.

Randy and the Jackson Contracting team are the best! I had them help w/ a small project over the summer, which I couldn't finish on my own.

We just had them install (4) Anderson windows in the front of out house. Prompt, clean and done within a day as promised.

Randy's price are good, and he does his best to work within your budget. We plan do redo our Master Bath in the Spring, and Randy will be the first person we call.

I wouldn't hesitate using them for any home improvement projects!

We hired Randy and Rutledge for a variety of handyman projects around the house. They took the time to do the work right and with care. During the estimate process, Randy was knowledgeable, honest, and everything was priced fairly.

Communication with the office was bumpy. There was confusion about payment terms, long silences until we followed up, and last minute notification of when work would start.

Regardless, they were friendly, professional, and took pride in their work. We plan to work with them again.

We highly recommend Jackson Contracting! We are new homeowners that had some surprise projects come up which is already stressful in itself after purchasing home; Randy and his team have been nothing short of fabulous. Randy particularly goes above and beyond to help us and make sure the job is done right. He's very knowledgeable, fair, timely, and most importantly great to work with. We hit it off with Randy right away. We are using his company for 2 jobs, and would definitely recommend him for any other jobs, and we will always keep him in mind for future jobs! 👍🏻

My mother passed away in May so I was in the process of selling her house. There were a number of things that the buyer requested we repair. My "tree guy" recommended his friend Randy from Jackson Contracting. Randy came out to the house to review the items the same day I called. He even fixed the stuck sliding door on the spot! I had the estimate for the work (replace attic stairs, fix flashing around chimney, fix trip hazards on sidewalk) within a day. Several days later, after a chimney inspection by the buyers, additional repairs were needed to the chimney. I asked Randy to look at this and again, within a day I had the estimate. Randy and his guys did great work, and had it done on time. From first contact to completion of the work, was less than two weeks! I wouldn't hesitate to call Randy again if I need work done on my own home.

I’m very impressed with the quality of work! Extremely clean lines and cuts. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thanks JC Construction!!!

Randy and crew were excellent! I needed a room that was built in my 2 car garage torn out quickly. Randy was there when he promised. They worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards. He also handled a few other little jobs without question just to help me out. An overall great contractor as well as a great person. Highly recommend!

I used Jackson Contracting LLC to redo my deck. Randy, Jolene, and their entire team were nothing short of amazing. From start to finish they were helpful, timely, and reliable. Jolene came up with a great design and was very collaborative in making giving options available. The team showed up when they said would and were there everyday until the job was complete. I will definitely be using Randy and his team again for other projects and would absolutely recommend Jackson Contracting to anyone seeking quality, reliable work.
