Electrical reviews in Union, New Jersey

When we needed a Ring doorbell installed, this team’s electrician Alex was phenomenal: professional, quick, and thorough. He helped us set up the Ring app. And he helped us solve a big problem, returning the next morning on his day off at the start of a three-day weekend to fix a battery I’d installed incorrectly: a huge relief! We will definitely call again!

Where do Ii even begin? Their professionalism, cleanliness and respect for my home was top-notch. There were no hidden surprises with the costs. What I was quoted was exactly what I was charged. They went above and beyond to maintain the integrity of my home and I will continue to use this company way into the future.

Exceptionally prompt and informative! They installed car charger and fixed several outdoor lighting issues we had. Provided great guidance on which chargers to apply and available rebates. They are a great choice for the area with very reasonable prices. Thank you guys!

We had R Benimadho & Sons replace our breaker box. They were timely and professional throughout the process and were very clear in communicating with us. They did not try to upsell us on any additional services, and the work they did looks great. So far, everything is performing as expected. We will definitely use R Benimadho & Sons again for future electrical work.

R Benimadho And Sons Electrical, LLC - Installed my new Tesla charger and handled everything related to it. Wonderful electricians outstanding work, at a very fair price. I highly recommend them!!!!

Called Benny after my heating guy found an electrical problem with my furnace. Benny was very friendly on the phone and was able to set me up with an appointment first thing the following morning. Guys showed up ON TIME!!, and were very personable. Fixed my issue for a reasonable cost. Will definitely be calling this company up for an other electric issues that arise. They are great.

Beni and his team were amazing. So helpful and fair, will be using them again for everything.

Very impressive from beginning to end! Fast and courteous, clean service. My EV charger was installed professionally and works perfectly! The installer was knowledgeable and gave me tips about my charger app as well as keeping my charger safe from damage. I will definitely be using their services again!

Service - Installation of recessed lights throughout the house.

I am so thankful to have found Beni and team. They were all so patient, knowledgeable, and courteous. I was extremely impressed by their honesty and what struck me was they never made a suggestion just to make a quick buck. As a first time homeowner, it was a relief to know that someone was not taking advantage of your inexperience. Their work was great, and they cleaned up very well after themselves. I'm very happy with their installation and can't recommend them enough!

Prompt, polite, capable and considerate of your home. Will definitely call on them again and recommend them as well.

Knowledge is what won us over. I never know when repair men are selling me a story. Benny knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do it even though it was his first time in our house. He was very responsive and when he said it would be done, it got done. His pricing was a discount for the quality of the work and for the stress he took away from the situation. Hope I don’t need a electrician any time soon but when I do it will be BENNY!

Benny and his team are well respected in the community, extremely professional, work in timely fashion & most importantly stick to their estimate! Any time you are in need of electrical work big or small, make them your 1st & only call!

Great experience using R Benimadho & Son Electrical (initially for our car charger installation). Fair pricing and excellent service. Most importantly they are timely and get the job done. Highly recommend!

Great experience from start to finish.
The quote was very fair and the job was done very professionally and in a timely manner. They accommodated my work schedule and the whole experience was wonderful. Would highly recommend!

Benny and his team excellent electricians excellent work on time. Benny and his team are excellent electricians. Their work is always on time and very honest. I would use them for everything if needed.

I hired Benny to install an EV charger and he and his team did a great job! The work itself was top notch. Benny also took care of the permit and helped with paperwork to sign up for different rebate programs available for EVs. If you’re looking for a quality electrician who knows what he’s doing, has excellent customer service skills, and charges fair prices, go with Benny

I met Alex at my old house when I first moved in. He came to me through a recommendation. He changed multiple fixtures for us as well as mounting tv’s with boxes and hiding all the wires. He’s also done multiple other items throughout our tenure there…when I moved to my new house a few months ago, I again reached out to Alex! He installed a nice double fixture for us in our main foyer with a lift that actually makes the fixture come down to clean and change bulbs with the flip of a switch. He’s always on time, courteous, and has very good pricing. Will always use going forward!

I replaced 3 pairs of parallel-wired GFCI outlets (6 total) with meticulous precision wire-by-wire after an old faulty appliance had caused smoke to come from the outlets in an older home in our kitchen. I labeled every single wire before connecting identically and installing as a set to impress my wife. I turned on the power and nothing worked. Ha! The new outlets had a safety feature that inactivated the outlets if they were wired backwards... So none of the brand new outlets worked in our busy kitchen. Time to call in the experts to confirm. I called Benny and his team and was given a realistic appt time after we discussed the symptoms and what needed to be done. The team was on time, confirmed that the previous owners had each circuit completely backwards and with 2 workers quickly rewired and tested all outlets within less than the estimated time and which translated to less than expected cost which was a lifesaver, as I had bought new outlets and hardware myself. All in, a great experience at a great price. It was one of those rare customer experiences where I would not only recommend Benny's team, but I am actively planning to get a quote from them first on upgrades at our older home such as updating older external lighting as well as hanging/installing suspension chandeliers and semi-flush lighting in our common spaces. I know this must sound like too good to be true review, but the experience went from the in-a-pinch 'let's try these guys' to: Problem-solved, money saved, and what else electrically do we need help with? My wife was at home during the fix and was also very impressed with the speed, the cost, and the outcome. Will be using again if not booked out!

The team installed recessed lighting for a fraction of the cost of our regular electrician and did a great job! We have an old house with plaster ceilings and they made it clear that they would not patch the ceiling if it cracked and they honestly did such a great job removing our old ceiling fan and installing 6 recessed lights without leaving any cracks! They also left no pieces of plaster or debris leftover on my floor, which probably was not easy to do! They came back because I needed the color of the lights changed and I could see how meticulous and careful they were to make sure nothing cracked or fell from the ceiling.

Beni and his associates are top notch. They guided us through the EV installation and reimbursement from start to finish. We also had to upgrade the lines to our garage and they came at the lowest quote. Very professional and will recommend to anyone in the area. Price transparent from start to finish. They will install your charger as quick as possible with an emphasis on cleanliness and professionalism. Don’t waste your time just go with Beni, Union is lucky to have these guys. Many thanks!

Benny installed a Ring doorbell and floodlight at my mom’s house. He was prompt for both the estimate and service appointments, installed both devices skillfully and efficiently and charged a fair price. He and his crew are obviously experienced and skilled. Moreover, they are trustworthy. We gave them the access code to the garage and never had any regrets. We’ll definitely use them for future projects.
