Joe and Orlando arrived on time, did a good job of installing 3 ceiling fans, and left no debris behind. I would recommend.

We needed to get some electricity into our backyard, and also wanted to upgrade our lights so the pathway back to the back of the house was lit. We had Joe and Mike come out to look at our place and let us know what they thought was the best options for us. They were both on time, very professional and polite, and even went so far as to put on booties to come into the house, and wear masks around us. Mike helped us solve our problem on how we would wire the lights to outside, and I am so happy with his solution! We now have motion sensor pathway to the back, and have a nice soft light in the back of the house as well!

For the actual service done, it was Matt and Nick B who came two days in a row to work on our place. They were extremely polite and even helped us solve the problem of how we would turn on and off the lights from a common area (they used a wireless remote! How cool is that!) They also made sure their work looked great (aesthetically) and made sure to clean up after everything they did.

Extra props to them since they had to go into our AC-less attic on a hot June day. Everything looks great, and it was wonderful to work with the All City Electrical crew - from the quoting done to the actual workers who installed things.... I also appreciated that any questions I had on technical terms was answered so I could understand.

Other companies make you pay for a quote, or they take forever to get back to you, so I appreciated everything they did to help us get our backyard to a place where we can enjoy it for the upcoming holiday weekend! If I ever need anything electrical again, I will give them a call for sure.

We really enjoyed our experience with All City Electrical. From the beginning, they responded quickly, came out to give an estimate and provided it quickly, allowed us to see options thru an online portal and put down a down payment and schedule the work. They notified us when their people were on the way.
They replaced all of the lighting fixtures on our main floor, plus some outdoor work. They performed the work quickly, asked for our input and cleaned up afterwards.
All in all, 10/10!

The All City Electrical team upgraded my service to 200amps and installed an EV charger. They were prompt, professional, and did a great job. Looking forward to working with them in the future.

Raphael and his guy were very nice & Professional. They did an excellent job. From estimate to scheduling an installation, Mike was helpful with answering my questions via emails & text messages. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them.

Nov 2023: It was very easy to schedule both the estimate and service. Stanley and Steve upgraded my service and installed an EV charger. They were both very professional. Everything works as we expected and looks great. I will definitely use this company for future projects.

April 2024: We had our defective EV charger replaced. ACE was able to schedule us promptly after the replacement unit was delivered. The communication and service was just as great as the first time. They even stayed >30 minutes when the new unit was not connecting to the internet to ensure everything was working correctly before leaving.

Excellent service!! Joe who do the estimate is very knowledgeable and give you good recommendations. Ralph and Andrew were the technicians who did an excellent job at home, they're very organized, knowledgeable, friendly and hard worker.
I highly recommend All City Electrical for the excellent team that they are and the excellent job that they always do.

Rob the technician was on time, pleasant and explained exactly what he was going to do with the generator start up and maintenance. Completed the job quickly and satisfactorily.

When i tell you this people are unreliable they really are. We had call them and book an appointment and they said they will be here at 10 am this people didnt even bothered to show up. When we call them and complain about the situation Mike started being very disrespectful and said he can do it because he is the owner.
I hope this review gets enough attention because its not worth starting an argument over their incompetence of following through with their appointment. If i can give then 0 stars i would.

AllCity Electrical came highly recommended by a coworker. They extremely timely between estimate inquiry to installation. Staff and crew were extremely professional and followed through exceeding all expectations from permit application, inspection scheduling to EV incentive rebate related information.

Stanley did an excellent job. Came in, diagnosed the problem quickly, and spent the remaining time giving me a tutorial on Electrician 101.

I hired All City for the third time and was extremely pleased with their professionalism and service from start to finish on various electrical repairs. Everything was completed exactly as ordered, with a reasonable estimate, final price etc. They came on time, were friendly and considerate, did everything to spec and when they were finished cleaned up their work areas. I recommend them highly and would definitely hire them again for any future work needed!

These guys are always so professional, quick and polite! They came multiple times for different works and they did an amazing job every time! They installed my Tesla charger, replace the main electrical panel, fix random power issues I had in the house.

We contact All City Electrical anytime we need help with any electrical issues. Stanley came out today on Christmas Eve in the snow to fix our issue involving our 6 month old dryer. He was very pleasant, professional, and informative. He explained in detail what the issue was and promptly resolved it all while providing updates. The technician arrived early, was courteous and professional. He explained all details of what he would be doing.

Took complete advantage of us. Charged 200 dollars after installing electric car cable, just to put an electric box back in instead of telling us we could do it ourselves and making it sound much more complicated than it actually was. Guy came by after inspection and took all OF 2 MINUTES! To install box back then happily collect a fortune for it. Will never do business with them again.
