When we were looking for a new landscaper this year, we had interviewed several. Adam seemed like a very hands on guy and appeared to care about his customer service. And that was the case for the first few months. He would be on site for all cuts, he would reach out and make sure everything was going well. Then things changed. He was not on site anymore for the cuts (which is fine), but the cuts were not getting done. I have several cameras around my home and caught his team walk on my property, look over the fence, and get back into the car - NEVER TOUCHED THE GRASS. I kept quiet about it a few days to see if they would claim it was cut - and they did. It was not until I called them out and said I had video of their "visit" that they conceded it was not cut. Then 2 weeks later, once again, the team shows up for the weekly cut. Back yard was cut and the front yard was not. Again, video proof. I called Adam and told him I had enough of his team trying to rob me and he gave me a response to the effect of "at least they cut the back yard, that's the important part". When you pay for a job, that is not how things work. When I pay for a full cut then I expect the full property to be cut. Its not the opinion if it needs to be cut or if they feel like cutting for the day. Sorry, I don't like being charged for work not completed.

J&A landscape and snow services are supposed to be Maintaining the property of an abandon house next to me, on August 24 they came out to cut the grass. They only cut the front and did a terrible job at that. Spots not cut like around the tree where they couldn’t fit the machine. So next day I called there service number and talked to Adam and told him my concerns. He told me to text him the pictures of the yard so I did on Monday the 27th. He text me back saying he would take a look at it. Now it’s September 4 and nothing has been done grass is twice as high. I am very disappointed with J&A Landscape, gave Adam plenty of time to fix the problem, But he did nothing. So any one looking for a reliable honest landscaper keep looking because J&A Landscape and snow services is not anyone I would recommend.

J&A does amazing work and they are super great people. Everyone who works there are super nice, super careful and leave your lawn looking amazing. Snow removal exceptional - you can count on them to come and leave it as clean as possible. Thank you J&A!

I moved to union, nj few months ago from NY and feel lucky to have found J&A Landscape. Adam is professional, responsive and knowledgeable. I use J&A for lawn maintenance and just had arborvitaes installed in my backyard. Adam and his team are efficient, thorough and aim to please.
