Do not use. Victor came to my house and was great. I was ready to move forward. He said he would send over pricing. Had to follow up with him twice. Never responded. Went with another company. Unprofessional and not recommended.

For more than 15 years we have been a customer of Bill Schau’s Landscape Solutions. Recently we redesigned the landscape of the front of our home and Bill was wonderful! He worked with us to create a traditional plan and it looks beautiful. Bill, his crew and his staff are all highly professional. They are also affordable!

Bill and Samantha kept in touch with updates throughout the process. They were able to help with drawings to ensure our town's zoning would approve. Once work started everything ran smoothly (with the exception of a week of rain). Carlos and team were quick and courteous, and made a few on-the-fly adjustments for s. Overall very satisfied with the work and love our new patio and yard!

Completed a renovation last fall and my lawn has never looked better! Jenn has been so helpful in guiding me on care and the maintenance crew has been wonderful the past year since starting.

I honestly could not believe all they did at the price they quoted me. Danny and Julio have to be two of the hardest working and skilled workers I’ve ever seen. They did our entire yard, a crew of 2, in one day. Planted trees, cut, edged, trimmed, cleared debris, dug up concrete, dug trenches, graded, seeded, put in a retaining wall of boulders. It was unbelievable.

Our back yard was less than desirable when we bought our house. Now... we have been staring out our windows (because of the rain) all evening!

For a millennial like me, this was literally the perfect landscaping company to reach out to. After 2 emails confirming the contract, they were out working in my yard (before I even realized it- as I didn’t see or hear any commotion). I came home to find the work complete and looking fantastic. Will definitely use them again for future landscaping needs!

In short: Great results, but communication needs work. I've hired this company twice and the work they've done has been excellent. For both projects (re-grading yard + retaining wall & new bluestone/mortar walkway) we're very happy with how things turned out. With that said though, I've been frustrated how poor communication there has been. Maybe they're just extremely busy lately? When I call them there's about a 0% chance someone picks up the phone. Both Samantha and Bill are very nice and accommodating when you can reach them, but if you're looking for a contractor who regularly touches base with you throughout the duration of your project, you might be disappointed.

Excellent, professional work. Crew were knowledgeable and friendly. They solved a drainage problem that existed for years. Highly recommend. Wonderful company to do business with. Honest, reliable - not finding water by our basement door after the torrential rains we have experienced is nothing short of a miracle!

Landscape Solutions did an excellent job fixing drainage issues to ensure that water drained properly on our property. They also designed and installed all new plantings around our house. The plantings look great and really enhance the look of the house. Bill and his crew were highly dedicated to the job and were very good at explaining what had to be done and answering any questions we had.

I hired Landscape Solutions to completely remodel my backyard in Roselle, NJ and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Working with Bill Schau, who was very professional and an overall good person was a breath of fresh air, especially after dealing with other shady contractors in the past. An added bonus was working with Samantha Niziolek, who coordinated everything regarding the project. She is incredible and was an absolute pleasure to work with!

Carlos and his crew are very detailed in their work and what I appreciated most was that they showed up early ready to work every day!

I gave them 5 stars only because 10 wasn’t an option. The work they did blew away my expectations.

Bill and his team (including office staff) were a pleasure to work with from getting estimates to the completion of our job, which was addressing our backyard that floods and overall was a complete mess. Carlos and his crew spent a couple days regrading the property and installed 2 catch basins that connected to a sump pump to actively manage water during rainstorms. We also decided to add some landscaping, since everything was getting torn up, and the design Bill came up with looks fantastic.
The work crew was very professional and the quality of work was outstanding. There were no corners cut, and you can plainly tell they really take pride in their work. They put in some additional time to correct damage done by a sprinkler company (not to be named) with no complaints.
We couldn't be happier with the quality of work and anxiously wait for the grass to grow while no longer concerned of a flooded backyard when it rains.
I will recommend Landscape Solutions to anyone and plan on hiring them again for future projects.
