After the installation was complete, we asked for a test of the AC to ensure it was working properly. However, the contractor never followed up. We had done research on other HVAC contractors before choosing Lino's and were aware that sometimes minor adjustments are necessary if you have the right equipment. If only we'd known about these extra requirements upfront, we wouldn't have chosen this company.

It's been months since the installation took place in March, but the township still hasn't granted us the necessary permit yet.
