Just had a condensate pump replaced on heater that Laury maintains. Charged $220.00 for 15 minutes of labor along with part that they say costs $340.00. Bargain? I think not. Waited almost 2 months for this service to repair heater that was installed 2 yrs ago. The condensate pump can be purchased online for $48+$11.00 shipping. Takes 10 mins to install and a pair of needle nose pliers.
The previous owner of my house had Laury install all of the HVAC that's currently here, but when I needed a new tankless boiler I decided to shop around. Shouldn't have bothered. No one gave me a quote anywhere near as good as Laury, and the install was quick and tidy. Great service and great price!
