The technician looked at our Mitsubishi mini split. Actually hooked up tools to it to diagnose it.
Very thorough in my mind. Will use them again if needed.

Bovio Rubino was excellent to work with. I called Wednesday and the technician came out Friday when they said she would. She installed the hot water heater and was very professional, curtious and knowledgeable. Great experience.

We woke up this morning to find our Heating Air Conditioning had stopped working. We immediately contacted Bovio Rubino Service. They dispatched Anthony who arrived within 3 hours. He promptly identified the problem. He then ordered the needed repair and will return tomorrow to complete the job.

It’s always wonderful to engage such knowledge professionals.

Tech came for routine furnace maintenance. The tech was on time and spoke professionally and curriously. Wore boot covers to prevent tracking on dirt. Completed the job quickly but seemed to be on the phone with a colleague or someone else chatting about his next job for a good portion of the second half of the job. He inadvertently left the humidifier drainage tube either disconnected or improperly connected causing flooding around the heater, this tripped the flood sensor and shut off the system.

I called to get service and I was told that the office was closed and I would have to wait until tomorrow. It’s 31 degrees today and I was concerned about the overnight temps.

I later received a call from a tech telling me he could come but he was going to charge $117 plus an hourly fee.

I think I would have been better off if I hadn’t gotten the service done.

We needed a fix in order to pass town inspection. Bovio Rubino had a technician (Zachary) finishing a nearby job. He was at our home within an hour, had the necessary part and installed it immediately. That was exactly what we needed. He also talked through other aspects of our system and service. Perfect.

Anthony was an overall wonderful technician! He was friendly, knowledgeable and caring. He was timely and efficient too! Highly recommend Bovio Rubino Services and Anthony!

Shawn Marshal did an excellent job installing my new water heater. Very competent in its installation. He explained the new heater and answered all my questions. He was another excellent employee that made me glad I chose Bovio Rubino.
I did have one concern by not with Shawn or any of his work. Since he worked alone and for extended period of time down in my basement, if he had injured himself to being incapacitated it would have been hours before I would have checked on him. There no way I could tell if it was construction sounds or him struggling down because of a serious injury or sudden illness. That puts your employees and homeowners in a precarious situation. I hope upper management evaluates their current policy and hopefully realize what a vulnerable legal position they are in. No one ever thinks about the worse till it happens.

The company sent out a team to install both a new water heater and a new HVAC heating unit as well as adding a new air duct return. The people were professional and worked all day to finish the job. They left the work site clean. I especially like the company's message system which provides the names and photos as well as their arrival time. They may not have the lowest price, but they performed the work on time and delivered on all the quoted items.

The pilot light in my water heater blew out, I called Bovio Rubino for an appointment. The technician arrived quickly, completed the service requested and gave me very important information about my system. The technician’s name is Chris and his intern Dominica were very professional and friendly. I had a great experience with them.

Very professional, explained every detail and showed me pics of the repair he made. He made good recommendations for my thermostat to help it function better for the needs of my home. He additionally was able to help me verify the correct filters for me to buy to have on hand for next service.

On 11/3/25 we had visits from Shawn for plumbing assessment and then Zack for heater maintenance. The performance by these 2 men was exceptional. They both were on time, knowledgable and professional. We would like to have continued services by them in the future. Thank you, Patti DiLeo and John Manzi

Sam’s plumbing inspection was thorough. She let me know what’s working well and what I should plan for including costs. No pressure and very informative. I found it to be a very valuable service.

Sam arrived well within the appointment window. She was very cordial and nicely explained what she would be doing for her maintenance service. She immediately went to work, and as she completed an area, she explained her findings. She thoroughly examined the whole house and reviewed all of her findings with me at the end. Sam did an excellent job.

We had a problem at The Animal Orphanage and Bovio Rubino responded quickly! Damien was courteous, informative and was fortunately able to fix the problem fast. The staff and our warm dogs are truly grateful!
