BR has completed work for us in the past, so it was an easy decision to call them again for additional plumbing during our master bathroom renovation. This time, they reworked existing plumbing, and we were very pleased with the experience.

Sam K. was wonderful to work with. She is knowledgeable, easy to coordinate with, and always open to questions and suggestions. She was extremely accommodating to our needs, and her workmanship was exceptional. She delivered exactly what we were hoping for in a plumbing solution. I would confidently recommend both Sam and BR to family and friends.

After the initial work was completed, we realized a few adjustments were needed. BR was receptive to our feedback and promptly sent someone out to make the necessary corrections. We truly appreciated their willingness to listen and work toward a solution. At the end of the day, we value strong partnerships, and they demonstrated that commitment.

Chris Kraft has been exceptional in troubleshooting some tricky plumbing rework issues stemming from the original construction. He has a vast knowledge of all things plumbing and takes the time to educate you throughout the process. His customer service skills and attention to detail are outstanding.

We chose Bovio Rubino based on their many positive Google reviews and a sales representative who initially gave us confidence. We replaced the heating and cooling systems for our two-zone home, and unfortunately, the experience since installation has been extremely frustrating.

The installation felt rushed and was not completed properly. The very first night, the upstairs air conditioning for our bedrooms did not work at all because it had not been hooked up correctly. A technician had to return the next morning to fix the issue. The install team also left our home in poor condition—our stair runner was stained, paint was damaged, and drywall was pulled down around vents. While Bovio did reimburse us for the damage, resolving it was a significant headache.

When we turned on the heating systems, neither the upstairs nor downstairs units worked correctly, even after a technician came out to “fix” them. At the beginning of December, our home was 63 degrees because the heating systems were not installed properly. Both were not kicking into stage 2, meaning no real heat was coming out and the fan was constantly running, leading us to have high electric bills. We spoke with the service manager, who redirected responsibility to the install manager, who offered little acknowledgment or apology.

The final straw came recently when another HVAC team was in our attic installing a bathroom fan and discovered a disconnected supply vent (photo attached). This meant one of our upstairs bedrooms was not receiving heat at all. We were even told that Bovio has since revamped their installation team due to past incompetence.

This entire experience highlights a serious lack of quality control. We feel we’ve wasted time and money and have been left with ongoing frustration and disappointment. There should absolutely be a quality control manager performing post-installation inspections. Even now, we are still not confident that everything in our system is properly installed.

All of Rubino's technitions are professional and courteous. This was one of the few time we we had a serous problem. Ricardo did a great job getting our old HVAC system up and running. He was very thorough and found 2 issues. He was very patient, taking the time to explain how the system worked and where it was failing. He ordered parts and did some temporary fixes to keep us going until they came in. He came today with the new parts and it is working great.

We had an outstanding experience with Bovio-Rubino and cannot recommend them enough. Their service was truly white-glove from start to finish. Within 24 hours of reaching out, a technician came out, thoroughly diagnosed the issue, and explained that a full furnace replacement was needed. Remarkably, the very next day the new furnace was installed—professionally, efficiently, and right on schedule. The entire process was seamless, well-communicated, and handled with the highest level of expertise. Bovio-Rubino sets the standard for timely, reliable, and exceptional HVAC service.

Anthony was our tech, Brian our sales rep, and then hunter and Zach were our installation crew, had such an easy experience with each and every one of them.

Excellent service from Peter! It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such professionalism and courtesy. He was professional, pleasant, and very respectful of our home. He took the time to thoroughly explain our new HVAC system and made sure everything was clean and in great condition before he left. His attention to detail and professionalism really stood out.

Terrible service. Avoid at all costs
My 1 year old carrier AC stopped working. Called carrier and they recommended them to me for being carrier certified and the closest to me. Called them and scheduled someone to come take a look. Tech came in. Filled the outside fan unit with refrigerant, and looked at couple things before realizing that the furnace board just needed an update. Did the update and charged me $270 for less than an hour of work. Didn’t really care. AC is working again and it was in the middle of the summer. Everyone was happy.

Not a week goes by and I start seeing water build up all around the ac fan unit outside. I never had this issue previously and it’s only a year old AC. Called them again to schedule someone to take a look and they said that I will need to pay for a separate service, and if turns out that it’s related to the prior visit then it will be free of charge. I was ok with that and scheduled someone to come out at 5:30 PM so that I could be home from work. They called me and left a voicemail. I check it when I got out of work and I find that they were telling me about an hour earlier appointment if I was interested. I go home and I find out that they already came to my house an hour earlier without my consent, with only my mom who barely speaks any English in the house. What’s worse is that they informed her that the water leak is coming from my neighbor’s house. No checking or touching of anything. He then demanded her to pay for the visit. Until today (3 months later) - my AC is still leaking and the neighbor side is completely dry. See the photos and you be the judge. When I called them again, they wanted me to pay for another service to come out and take a look. What a scam!!!!

Positive experience from meeting with sales rep, talking with office personnel to installation team. They were professional, stayed the entire day to complete the job and cleaned up everything. Peter was very professional, friendly, and answered all my questions during installation. He was very knowledgeable.
It was expensive to replace the entire HVAC system but it was worth the investment and they use Carrier products which have high ratings. There are financing options available with 0% interest to help alleviate the out of pocket cost. I would highly recommend Bovio-Rubino for your HVAC needs.
