Excellent job with seasonal boiler maintenance by Mike & Dave. The company also installed my air conditioning system earlier this year. Great reviews are well deserved.

This is my second experience using Ultimate Aire Systems and both times I was extremely satisfied with their work. They were always quick to respond and fully communicated throughout the entire process. I highly recommend using Ultimate Aire for any heating/AC needs.

I used them for two homes. I was having issues in one of the homes every summer season and no one could figure out why. I finally decided to have my vents cleaned and sanitized because during the summer months when the AC was one my Bi PAP breathing machine filters were turning black after a few days. This is not normal because they are supposed to be changed every month. I was told by the cleaning service that my main return was not circulating air. Upon removing the grill we found that the installers never cut the hole in the box which feeds down to my unit, this means that my AC unit was pulling air from my basement flu and nowhere else. This is why I was getting water in my basement every summer when the unit was turned on because the coils were freezing due to no circulation. This is not good because that means we were breathing in carbon monoxide all these years. My wife developed cancer and I have developed major breathing issues. Not sure if there is any correlation but it is possible. I called Ultimate Air to tell them about the problem and was told I was out of warranty due to the fact that this unit was installed 30 years ago. That's right 30 years of breathing in unfiltered contaminated dirty air. They said they would send a serviceman to check it out for a $199 dollar service charge and then let me know what the cost to fix the problem would be. They told us they were bought by Carrier and that was their rule. We called Carrier and was told that was a lie, it was up to Ultimate to decide whether to charge this fee or not. I called Allstate Air Conditioning and explained my situation to them and the next day owner came to my home. He did a inspection of my two units and the filters. We took the grill off the return, he inspected the return and the duct connected to it and said they forgot to cut the hole in the fiberglass lining. He took out his knife, cut the lining to reveal the hole and my problem was fixed. I asked him how much I owed him and he said nothing, I had suffered enough. I am perplexed that Ultimate Aire (Roseanne) took the position that they did when they could have done the right thing which took a whole 5 minutes to fix. Please be aware that if they were not willing to stand behind their major mistake like mine, will they stand behind any issues other potential customers my have. Not sure about all the reviews I read, but I would imagine that they are either friends or family and if not I strongly urge everyone to check your returns and other unseen things to make sure they are working. I know stuff happens and people make mistakes or overlook things, but to give me the response that Roseanne gave me and my wife is criminal. Not sure but I still my go after them legally for damages only because of their total lack of responsibility. This was a really easy fix and of their lack of empathy and down right attitude needs to be punished. Shame shame on them.

Guys where great and worked very efficiently considering the high temp in the attic they were not fazed and got the job done like champs. Install of brand new central air conditioner. All new duct work took guys two days! Phenomenal job unit works great! Came in got job done and did it cleanly and professionally. I had a few follow up questions and was answered promptly to take care of what needed. Would highly recommend !!

To my disappointment..
Ultimate Air provided me with a heat pump/ attic air conditioner quote that was 40% more than two other comparable companies. In fact, when I wrote to the owner Jeff. He on two separate occasions never even responded to provide a reason why his companies quote was so much more expensive. I had used the company for both my home as well as business & was a customer who paid my bills always on time. However, something within Ultimate Air has definitely changed and not for the better!

This review I am writing is so long overdue , as I always wanted to thank this company for helping me out in emergency situations promptly. As a previous business owner for a pet hotel , I was in a situation where it was 100 degrees and my central air broke down having a full house of boarding dogs . My landlord didn’t respond to my calls for the urgency , so I contacted Ultimate Air for this emergency call to fix the air ASAP so the dogs could be comfortable . Not only , did they come ASAP when I mentioned my situation with the business and well being of the animals , they fixed the unit which was the condenser and I thought it was very reasonable since it was an emergency call . Moving forward , I had began to use this company for any repairs or service etc , and will definitely use them on my house for a new central air unit in the next few months. This company obviously, took in consideration of the animals being hot and for that alone they should get 10 stars , and on top of that , they were so nice to deal with , and caring . They were there for me when I needed them the most , and for being a business owner it’s something I won’t forget . Thank you again for all your services !!

I was told about Ultimate Aire Systems by a neighbor and I couldn't be happier with their service. Granted you pay for the service call and the tech to show up but these guys are responsive, reliable and don't try to take advantage by charging you for things you don't need. All the techs I have dealt with are very honest and helpful. I have used them multiple times over several years and have had a great experience every time. I would recommend them to anyone needing service on their heating or A/C in the North Jersey area.

I called this company based on the posted reviews and from the first time I called the office I was impressed with their professional manner and that they took time to listen to my needs and didn't try to hurry me off the phone. Anthony showed up on time and spent over an hour looking at the house and floor plan and measuring for the correct size and layout of the system.
Jeff and his install team Pete, Mark, Dennis, Jason and Joe were here on time and they did an amazing job, they were neat, competent and very professional and I am very happy with my new AC system

If there were a sixth star, I would highlight it! I have been a customer of Ultimate Aire for almost 18 years and I am still in awe of their customer service and knowledge. Most importantly, they truly care about their customers, they pick up the phone and return calls in a timely manner. Furthermore, I have no worries, for I know whatever service is rendered, it will be done correctly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Ultimate Aire.

Dennis at ultimate Aire was prompt, professional and very thorough servicing our
Heating/air conditioning system. I would recommend him and this company for all the maintenance needed on HIVAC systems.

My water pump had gone bad, and as a result, it was causing a strange sound whenever my air conditioner was on. I was also concerned because one of my condensers outside was not well secured on the ground. Dennis Arsenault who is one of the technicians came to replace the water pump. I also informed him of my concern about the condenser. He was very polite and very thorough. He was also very thoughtful in covering his shoe before he entered the house. He took the time to see that everything was working well before he left. He found out what was causing the condenser to be unsteady. He not only corrected the problem, but went over and beyond to make sure that it would remain secure.He made sure that I was was satisfied, and took the time to explain everything to me. I was happy to receive such outstanding service. This was really a good experience for me, and I am writing this review with pleasure. I wish it was possible to give him more than five stars.

I highly recommend Ultimate Aire Systems, both for repairs & service as well as central A/C replacement. I've worked with them several times, first for repairs to my existing central A/C and more recently for installation of a new replacement central A/C system for a family member.

I would give Ultimate Systems a nickname “Holy AC business”. They put interests of the client ahead of making quick buck and overcharging while recognizing that customer is in the jam. Top level professionals with unparalleled integrity and commitment to deliver the highest value and satisfaction to the customer. We were blessed with choosing Ultimate Air in 1996, for our first project. That Carrier unit is still working fine. Now we are working with them on options to replace the second unit.

I called Ultimate after calling another company and having the tech seem unsure what the problem was.

When I spoke to ultimate, they sent Dennis who was very knowledgeable about the carrier system we had. He looked at things the previous tech didn’t seem to think of. He understood what was wrong with my furnace. After returning the next day, I got a quote to replace the system that was almost HALF what the previous company quoted.

The whole team came out (on a Saturday!) to get the new system in place. They were very courteous and professional. I am very glad I called them.

We had Ultimate Aire install all the duct work and new central air systems in our house. They were extremely professional, friendly and did a great job. The job was supposed to take 4 days but they finished in 3 and everything works great. I would highly recommend them.

Amazing company to work with! Besides the workmanship being top-notch, the people are wonderful to work with.. When the inspectors came to inspect the finished job, they both said the job was done great, they know the company and they’ve never had an issue with them. I highly highly recommend using them. And besides the wonderful people and the great work, they also had the best price!
