Failed to respond to my text messages, email, calls and voice-mails to cellular and office phone numbers. They installed a brand new A/C unit and air handler for us three years ago. It has been leaking water over the past summer. Joe visited around June. However, the problem was not fixed and calls were made to him. No response in any way. It seemed like they got their money and ran. Not recommended.

If I could give 10 ☆ I would!! Joe Jr. came to the house to have a look a 2 ptak units that were down. He was on time, he was so professional and nice. Joe was great with my dog as well lol she can be a bit much at times. Joe explained everything to me as he went through troubleshooting. I will absolutely use him again for any future work.
