We had a great experience with zoom drain of South Jersey, they came out quicker than other drain specialists and were fairly reasonable for a jetting our kitchen drain . Our technician, Sebastian was great! He was very professional , punctual, patient, thorough, gave explanation & options. Would use again !

Needed to have my mom’s first floor toilet repaired after roots stopped it from functioning and she hadn’t used it for over a year. Chris arrived and quickly assessed the situation. Told me exactly what he planned to do, gave me the estimate, prepared me for any possible unforeseen issues and quickly got to work. Less than two hours later we’ve got a fully functioning toilet again!

My experience from the start was great ! Very quick response time , there’s a video they send you as a heads up prior to visit that I thought was pretty cool . And my experience with Sebastian was even better , GREAT GUY !!! Very helpful and informative. Buddy went the extra mile for me and I appreciate that , Thank You 🫡 !

Michael Wittkopp and his team at Zoom Drain were phenomenal. They were out there for emergency fast and kept working until everything was perfect. Great advice from Michael on what should be done short term and long. I would happily recommend them highly to anyone in need. Thanks guys

Sebastian came and saved the day. He was very honest about pricing after speaking with him for a couple of minutes, I knew he was confident he could fix our issue. He got right to work and got our water flowing within an hour. He also made some suggestions on how to prevent this from happening again. Very pleased with his service and I would definitely call Zoom Drain if I had an issue in the future.

It all began with a BIG leak in our basement!!! As it turned out, the problem was a clog in our septic system. A friend recommended ZOOM and needless to say, the technicians were here on the same day and by evening everything was flowing perfectly. Zoom drain came out same day when my sewer pipe was backing up into my backyard! There was 7 inches of snow on the ground and they still came out and got the job done in no time. And their price was cheaper than the other quotes I got! Can’t reccomend them enough!

Edit to my original review: it turns out there was a miscommunication and zoom drain did get in touch with me to coordinate a full refund, which I greatly appreciate. There was a manager (who they’ve since let go) who was supposed to be handling follow-up with Customer issues, and he dropped the ball. The receptionist, Lisa, was very pleasant and professional during our phone call. The owner, Brad, also seems like a responsible business owner who cares about customer satisfaction. Their follow-up and prompt problem-solving is why I changed my review from a one to a five. Original review: As much as I hate to do this, I have to. I had 4 different zoomdrain technicians come out and all gave me different reasons or theories of why they couldn’t fix my shower leak. They initially charged me almost 1000 dollars for a drain that the first guy was very adamant was the problem. They cut about 3 different holes in my wall trying to figure out what the issue was because it was still leaking after the initial guy came. So they sent another 3 different technicians to try to figure out the problem. After the last guy they just gave up and said they didn’t know what the issue was. I spoke to the owner who seemed like a good guy but no money was refunded at the end and I was left with 3 holes in my wall, spent almost 1k for a job that didn’t fix the leak. My insurance hired a leak detection company and in about 30 seconds found where the leak was. We called the company and wanted to speak to the owner again about getting some sort of refund back but never got a call back. Zoomdrain, please do better

Ethan came to do our yearly sewer/main clean out and camera scoop. He was clean, courteous and took the time to explain everything to me. I have only positive things to say about Zoom!

Sebastian was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained everything that he was doing throughout the service call. I appreciated his help & expertise.

BE CAREFUL! ZERO STARTS

I hired zoom drain because I had an emergency, my toilets were full of water and the water did not run, the water came out through one of the toilets. I called the same day and they sent me a technician. The technician looked at the situation and gave me 3 options to solve the problem. The first one was a low price to put the snake. The second was intermediate to clean the drain line and the third more expensive, the technician recommended the second one to me and I trusting in his experience, agreed. He made me sign everything on his tablet before starting, he started working from the street and it took about 25 minutes when he entered to check that the toilets work but only one toilet worked well. Then he use air snake directly to the toilet, it didn't work and he told me that he would clean the line again. He did it for 15 minutes and the toilet worked but slow. The technician started telling me that I have to replace the sewer line because it's old cast iron pipe.
The technician left and after two hours the toilets were stuck again without having used it. They started telling me that I should replace my entire sewer line, then they gave me an estimate to replace the entire line, $14k that I was obviously not going to accept. I paid $853 dollars and my problem was not solved. I was communicating with them and they wanted to send me another technician on July 4th but I had already left the city. For me it was frustrating to have paid for a bad service, they taking advantage, and with little empathy to try to solve my problem. I definitely don't recommend this company. Be very careful when they make them sign the work they will do. They ensure your payment without guaranteeing you a good job. Now another company fixed my problem and the pipe was not cast iron ! I spent $853.00 for nothing .

I've had the pleasure of having Sebastian complete multiple services for me and each time he was nothing short of amazing. He was funny and pleasant and made me feel at ease while he was completing the work. He took time to explain things. The time before he was training someone and he was patient and took time to explain things to him.

OMG! Zoom Drain saved the day!

We (Wilsons restaurant) almost had to close for the day. No one was available (within the hr). We had over 300 customers with reservations!

The entire South Jersey was still dealing with the storm/flood from two days ago.

I just knew we were in trouble!

Mike replied to a call and dispatched a tech to our area.
We got Chris Esposito (one of the best technician) I ever met came out (to the rescue)!!!!

He educated and explained every step of his process.

He had the drain cleared within minutes!!!

But Chris was still concerned if the drain was fully cleared.

He used his camera “into the deep” I think he found the Titanic ship. Lol!

He identified the main culprit and let us see on the camera.

At end of the day, the job was done seamlessly without business interruption!

Sebastian has done many repairs for me in the last few months. He is always very pleasant and helps me to understand exactly what is being done. He will definitely be the guy to call for future issues. I will tell all my family & friends about him & this company.

Dante was so awesome!!! Knew his job really well and able to explain the problem, possible solutions and cost of those solutions. Always approachable and went out of his way to clean the curb site where dye was used so as not to worry my neighbors. Dante helped to make is a very positive experience. I would never hesitate to call them in the future!
